    Group A favourites Portugal have taken the lead against Serbia thanks to an 11th-minute header from Liverpool's Diogo Jota. The former Wolves player was at the right place at the right time to nod in a curling delivery from Manchester City's Bernardo Silva.

    As it stands, the Portuguese lead the group with six points from two games.

    He played two European qualifiers too before moving to Manchester City. He's only just turned 19.
