I would like to see Brendan Rodgers gets a trophy, I like what he does, I like how he comes across, at times he has that swagger or some call it arrogance but I think that's needed.

All the players move in sync and know what they're doing and where they're supposed to be going and that just shows how hard he's working with them on the training ground.

  2. 'Evans news is a huge boost'published at 16:59 British Summer Time 15 May 2021

Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers speaking on BBC Sport: "We would love to do that [repay the owners' support]. Every supporter in the country would look at the Leicester story - the way they have put Leicester on the map is remarkable, and if we can do it today it would be a wonderful tribute."

On having Jonny Evans available: "It's a huge boost. Having that experience and that leadership quality on the field is a really big thing for us."

On the supporters: "We were here for the semi-final when there was about 4000 and that was nice but knowing there are Leicester City supporters in today is a great feeling. It's great to see the supporters here."

    Chelsea

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel speaking on BBC One: "I've had worse days in my life. You cannot get much better. I feel grateful to arrive at a strong club with a strong team. It is quite a big day and we absolutely want to win. We know that is going to be tough but the mind is clear - we want that trophy.

"We were angry with ourselves and the performance [in defeat against Arsenal]. Sometimes it is good to have a lesson to learn before a big match. We can play sharper and we can show we learnt our lesson. We want to be at our very best because that is necessary against a good Leicester side."

On N'Golo Kante: "He is fine, it was just pain management for him. If he is fit any manager puts him on the field - it's a no-brainer."

On Leicester: "We face a very strong side full of confidence. They are very dangerous on counter attacks and we have to be careful when we have the ball. They have always two strikers on the front foot and a solid back three. Strong side but we are as well."

Mason Mount has got a lot to thank Frank Lampard for because rank brought him back and gave him the opportunity and it's such a good feeling wen a manager shows some faith in you. He went and did it for Lampard and he's had to earns that again with Thomas Tuchel.

He is a fantastically talented player in possession but out of possession he works so hard, his work rate it phenomenal, he makes runs in behind, he gets after the ball his pressing is fantastic. He's one of my favourite players to watch - I think he's got it all.

It's the best day. As a child I always wanted to see the FA Cup final. I know it feels like it hasn't had as much build-up as when we were growing up but it is special.

My wife was due to give birth on cup final day. The only time I get there as a player and she was due to give birth. But the baby came a little bit earlier and my boy was five days old.

As she went into labour Avram Grant [Portsmouth manager] said to me 'you are not playing against Everton in the Premier League see you next week for the final'.
