That's us done until Tuesday when - you guessed it - another round of EFL games begin.

Wycombe gave Norwich a good test but that's five wins for the Canaries and it would take a brave person to predict anything other than an instant return to the Premier League in May.

    Thank you for joining us.

You know that Wycombe will fight tooth and nail to pull off a great escape but they're 11 points from safety after fourth-bottom Birmingham won on Saturday.

They're going to need to string a long run of results together to give themselves a chance.

Gareth Ainsworth's side go to another side at the top, Watford, on Wednesday.

With the experience and know-how Norwich have in getting out of this league, they look overwhelming favourites to clinch one of the two automatic promotion spots.

But next up the Canaries host second-placed Brentford on Wednesday. A massive game.

That victory moves Norwich onto 70 points with 13 games remaining.

Canaries head coach Daniel Farke has regularly said that he thinks 80 points would guarantee them a play-off place and 90 would seal automatic promotion.

Those points targets certainly seem well within reach.

It wasn't simple for Norwich but they've got the job done and reinstate their seven-point lead at the top of the Championship.

After a tight, goalless first half a deflected Teemu Pukki goal put them ahead.

Bottom of the table Wycombe went close through Scott Kashket but the Canaries put the result beyond doubt when Adam Idah scrambled home late on.

McLean’s little volley was superb. Norwich never score from corners.

Massive massive win. Well played Wycombe but Norwich had that extra class. Bring on Brentford.

    Wycombe 0-2 Norwich

It's difficult to keep up with the changes when teams are allowed to make five substitutions.

Norwich bring key man Emi Buendia off - he's replaced by Polish speed merchant Przemyslaw Placheta.

And Jacob Sorensen is on for Oliver Skipp.

  11. INJURY TIMEpublished at 90+1 mins

That should seal it for the league leaders.

David Stockdale saves Kenny McLean's near-post prod from a corner but the ball spills for Adam Idah to scramble home from close range just minutes after coming on.

Another Norwich goal that isn't pretty and it's come totally against the run of play.

Norwich keeper Tim Krul is called into action again.

The ball breaks to Daryl Horgan on the edge of the box and he goes for placement over power, but the shot isn't quite in the corner and Krul dives down to hold it.
