Burnley 1-1 Arsenal
Burnley
Burnley manager Sean Dyche told BBC Sport: "We had to work very hard against a decent Arsenal side but the mentality of the players was outstanding. It is a third game in a week and the physical side of the game was tremendous.
"Everyone has the right to play as they wish to and we have pressed really well. You cannot always do it against good technical sides but [Chris] Wood gets his reward because of good intent.
"We had a very good second half against Leicester and we were a little bit jaded in the first half, but we needed 1% more intent.
"We did that and during the end of the game, the mentality to block and make sure we didn't concede was fantastic.
"I don't think he [Erik Pieters] has thrown his arm up and I do not believe it was deliberate. The referee had his red card out in a millisecond but that is what VAR is for. I know it needs streamlining but that is what it's there for. People know our history against Arsenal with last minute goals and handballs but today we got the right use of VAR."

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta speaking to BBC Match of the Day: “If you don’t score your big chances, if you give a goal to the opponent and you don’t’ get the referee’s decision when you need to it is very complicated in the Premier League to win a lot of games.
“When you have those moments in the game when you are so dominant you have to go two or three goals up and the game is over. We gave them a goal, it can happen in football and I demand that we play the way we do. Like the first goal we score is all the way from Bernd [Leno].
“It can happen when you play long. The only chance Burnley had was from a long goal kick from Bernd. So you need to know when to do it.
“If the first one is not a penalty honestly someone has to come to the training ground and explain what a handball is. It cannot be any clearer.
“We hit the bar and the post, they cleared the ball off the line but they defend those situations well but it is down to us not getting the three points.
“The top teams sustain results and level through 10 months in this competition and you have to come here and win the game comfortably in my opinion."

Sheffield United's victory against Aston Villa on Wednesday night ended their four-match losing streak.

Burnley 1-1 Arsenal
Arsenal
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta: "It's a really tough place to come on a difficult pitch, but I have to say we should have scored the big chances we had. When you miss the chances we had, and you do not get decisions, it is complicated to win football games. If that is not a penalty, then someone needs to explain what one is.
"From what we produced, you have to come here and win. When you do not, you have to look at yourself. We completely dominated the first half but they make it difficult with a lot of long ball.
"We generated chances and we should have won by two or three goals. if you give any hope to any team in the Premier League, they are going to take it."

I think this will be a tight game - if you look at these two teams last season they were trying to do things at the top of the table but now Sheffield United are in a really tough position, desperate really, it's a must win game for them. Southampton are also on a terrible run.
If you pushed me for a winner at this moment I'd say Southampton but it's definitely going to be a tight one.
Burnley 1-1 Arsenal
Arsenal
Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno speaking to BBC Match of the Day. “We had many big chances. I think we should have got a penalty and at the end it is only one point and I think we deserved more.
“In the first half we played our game and we dominated. It should have been two or three nil and it was 1-1.
"In the second half we played too much of Burnley’s football and it doesn’t suit us or anybody in the Premier League.
On the Burnley equaliser: “We wanted to build out again because it had been working and it was very unlucky from Granit [Xhaka] but it happens.
"There is always risk to play out from the back but this is our style. I think we have more than enough situations where it works to our advantage."

Mark Lawrenson
BBC football expert
Southampton's freefall continued with their defeat against Everton on Monday and they have now taken just one point from nine matches.
This slump needs to stop soon if they are going to stay up, because the 30 points they have so far will not be enough for survival.
Saturday won't be easy for Ralph Hasenhuttl's side either, especially now key midfielder Oriol Romeu has been ruled out for the rest of the season. He is like Kalvin Phillips at Leeds - the heartbeat of their team.
Sheffield United are in a much worse situation in the table, but they got a great win over Aston Villa on Wednesday and have clearly not given up hope yet.
It will be close but I think Southampton will get something out of the game, and even a point would be something for them to build on.
Prediction: 1-1
Burnley 1-1 Arsenal
Burnley
Burnley manager Sean Dyche: "Overall, another good point against a good Arsenal side. We attempted to affect the game by pressing all match. We relied on the same group [as in previous games] and they were outstanding, the way they went after Arsenal for the whole 90 minutes.
"I'm a fan of VAR, we know it has to be streamlined but that is where it's worth it's weight in gold. The referee couldn't wait to get his red card out today, although he is a very fine referee. That is what VAR is for. There wasn't a lot in it in the first half, but our defending was exceptional and we probably made the chance of the game, but their keeper made a good save.
"These sides contain some very good technical players who shift the ball quickly, so it's not easy, but the mentality was good today. It has been a tough spell for us but we hope have the chance to get players fit now. I must commend the players again because the amount they have put in to ensure we get a result was very important."

Burnley
Burnley defender Erik Pieters: “We defended to make sure we didn’t lose this game. With a bit of luck and more clinical finishing we could take the three points. It was a great effort from the team."
On his goalline clearance/overturned red card: “I felt the ball on my shoulder. Clearly it was on my shoulder."
On a sloppy start: “We are way better than that. You have to give the team some credit because we worked hard to get the equaliser. It was a bit lucky but they all count.
“We did really well. We attacked together and defended together. Every point counts.”
