    Cardiff 1-2 Watford

    QPR 0-1 Huddersfield

Huge win for struggling Huddersfield, who upset the form book against a revived QPR.

The Terriers got the goal their pressing deserved through Juninho Bacuna's sizzler, and also kept the vaunted Rangers attack quiet throughout.

Disappointing for the Rs on home soil.

  3. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:57 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March 2021

    Wycombe 1-0 Preston

Bottom of the table Wycombe are still fighting.

Ryan Tafazolli's header gives them a deserved victory against an off-colour Preston and moves them to within nine points of safety.

A nice one for Chairboys boss Gareth Ainsworth, who had three spells at Preston as a player.

    Derby 0-1 Millwall

A good old-fashioned smash and grab away victory Millwall, who scored through Shaun Hutchinson's first-half header.

Derby had all of the ball but didn't create enough - Wayne Rooney will be incredibly frustrated, as his team are still far from safe.

  5. goal

GOAL: Cardiff 1-2 Watfordpublished at 16:56 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March 2021

    Adam Masina (90+4 mins)

Watford have won it and their bench are going crazy with celebrations!

Adam Masina fires in a free-kick from the right - it looks easy enough for Cardiff keeper Dillon Phillips to deal with but he misses the ball completely as he flies into the net.

That could be massive for both side's promotion hopes.

    Portsmouth 0-0 Salford City

Extra time to come at Wembley.

Somehow neither side could find a winner inside 90 minutes.

    Middlesbrough 3-0 Stoke

Comprehensive home win for Middlesbrough, who keep their promotion hopes alive.

Grant Hall, Paddy McNair and Nathaniel Mendez-Laing got the goals.

Stoke will feel they lacked a genuine threat, chances all too often few and far between.

    Nottm Forest 1-1 Reading

Reading get a point to keep them in the mix for promotion after Yakou Meite's second-half equaliser.

Andy Williams for Cheltenham in stoppage time!

A huge goal with Cambridge and Forest Green about to take three points.

    Bournemouth 2-3 Barnsley

    BIG WIN FOR BARNSLEY!

This six-pointer between two promotion hopefuls ends with Barnsley retaining their place in the top six and denting the home side's own challenge.

Carlton Morris headed in the winner, after Dominik Frieser had cancelled out goals from Dominic Solanke and Arnaut Danjuma.

Michal Helik had earlier given the Tykes the lead... it's a priceless win.

    Bournemouth 2-3 Barnsley

It's snowing and everything at Bournemouth.

Horrendous weather. Into the final minute of four added on.

  12. INJURY TIMEpublished at 16:51 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March 2021

    Portsmouth 0-0 Salford City

Craig MacGillivray is seemingly unbeatable in this final.

Once again he comes to Portsmouth's rescue with another superb save.

Ibou Touray with the cross from the left to the back post that Bruno Andrade meets powerfully.

Somehow MacGillivray got across to make the save from just six yards out.

    Four minutes being added on....

    Birmingham 0-3 Bristol City

Scott Hogan twice hit the post for Birmingham but once they fell behind the writing was on the wall.

Bristol City looked in control after Kasey Palmer's opener, with Antoine Semenyo getting a fortuitous second and Callum O'Dowda marking his injury return with the third.

Aitor Karanka's hosts are deep in a relegation scrap.

  14. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 16:50 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March 2021

    Derby 0-1 Millwall

Derby striker Colin Kazim-Richards gets a boot to the face as he stoops to head from a corner, and the home players want a penalty.

I'm not so sure. A goal kick is given. Millwall are holding firm.

  15. goal

GOAL: Middlesbrough 3-0 Stokepublished at 16:50 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March 2021

    Nathaniel Mendez-Laing (88 mins)

I tell you what, this is trolling in goal form from Nathaniel Mendez-Laing.

Stoke were pouring pressure on but Boro broke through Sam Morsy...

He had two players up with him in Britt Assombalonga and Mendez-Laing, he picked the latter, who drew Angus Gunn and chipped over him for number three.

Adding insult to injury. Pure cheek.

Unsurprisingly it's a bit of an onslaught that Barnsley are defending against.

Bournemouth banging everything at them. Standing above it all like a viking warrior is Mads Juel Andersen. Talismanic.

  18. EFL Trophy final latestpublished at 16:48 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March 2021

    Portsmouth 0-0 Salford City

Lee Brown so close to winning it for Portsmouth.

Marcus Harness with the deep cross from the right and Brown places it beautifully first time off his instep, but the ball creeps narrowly wide of the right post with Salford keeper Vaclav Hladky stood motionless.

Three minutes plus stoppages to play.

    Cardiff 1-1 Watford

When centre-back Aden Flint is attempting an acrobatic volley, you probably know it's not been the highest quality game.

The Cardiff defender's effort is over. I'd be surprised if we see a winner here.

    QPR 0-1 Huddersfield

QPR have made changes in a bid to pinch a point or better.

Lyndon Dykes and Albert Adomah are on with Todd Kane and Ilias Chair coming off.

I gave Rangers the big build-up and I think I jinxed them. Sorry Hoops fans.

    Huddersfield have been decent.
