    Thistle then have a strong penalty shout. Shea Gordon races on to a loose ball after the defender misses it and the goalkeeper comes sliding in and takes him out.

    He may have been waiting for the goalkeeper to make the challenge, which perhaps influenced the referee's decision not to give it.
