This is a big game for West Brom. Nine points adrift - that is hard. I think it's going to be difficult for West Brom but if they take it game by game and just see if they can get a result this evening, that will put pressure on the likes of Fulham and Burnley.

Kelechi Iheanacho is lively right from kick-off and nearly nips away down the right wing but he runs out of room. West Brom in their happy meal kit then force a few throw-ins but there's no real danger.

Leicester took seven points from their final seven games last season. A repeat would be disastrous.

Sam Allardyce will say you need a bit of time when you come into a club to settle players in and there has really been an improvement since January but sometimes, you just need one game and one turning point.

That turning point might have come too late in the form of the Chelsea win but when you hear Sam speak and speak to the fans, they say the performances have been much better than the results suggest, prior to that Chelsea victory.

We all know that Sam is renowned for having teams that are difficult to beat and at this moment in time, they do look very difficult to beat and the players at the top end of the pitch are doing the business and scoring goals.

It's over 400 days since I went to a game and nights like this, with the sun just dropping down behind the top of the stands, really make you hungry for a match don't they?

Night games in the spring are just the best...

Ashwin R: What are the odds of Iheanacho not scoring and Vardy banging in a hat-trick? With Maddison in today and all these fantasy managers buying in Iheanacho, might be the time Vardy delivers.

Not many teams play with a front two these days, admittedly, but Sam Alalrdyce thinks the Leicester pair could make the difference tonight.

"We've got to look after maybe the best pairing in the Premier League at the moment," West Brom boss Allardyce said.

"Iheanacho and Vardy are probably two of the most dangerous forwards in the Premier League.

"Part of our task is to try and keep them from scoring a goal and making sure we give ourselves a chance of winning the game."

Jamie Vardy helped himself to two penalties when these sides met back in September at the Hawthorns in a thumping 3-0 win for Leicester.

That was the opening weekend of the season - feels a long time ago doesn't it?

Iheanacho's strike partner Jamie Vardy is due a goal. He's got just one goal since Christmas.

He has scored six goals in his last seven Premier League starts against West Brom, though all of these strikes have come at the Hawthorns.

I've just had to pull the blinds down in my office to keep the sun out of my eyes and it remains a beautiful looking night for football in Leicester, too.

West Brom boss Sam Allardyce will be looking to become the first Premier League manager to beat Leicester with four different clubs, having previously done so with Bolton, West Ham and Everton.

Leicester’s Kelechi Iheanacho has scored seven goals in his last five Premier League games, as many as he had in his previous 63 appearances in the competition.

His eight goals this season is his joint-highest return in a single campaign in the competition (also eight in 2015-16).

Leicester dropped out of it last season but I think that works in their favour. They have experienced it and know how bitter it felt. I am sure they can use that experience to make sure they stay in the top four.
