    Christian Benteke (2 mins)

    What a start!

Christian Benteke gets his foot to a loose ball in the box as Southampton fail to clear, he then gets a second bite at it and nods it beyond a number of Saints defenders before firing into the bottom corner with his left foot from a tight angle.

It's amazing what a bit of confidence can do...

    Crystal Palace

This could quietly turn into a very good season for Palace, who need three wins from their final four matches to reach 50 points for the first time in a Premier League campaign.

Wilfried Zaha has equalled his career-best return of 10 league goals in a season, first set in 2018-19, while Christian Benteke has scored seven league goals in 2020-21, one more than in the previous three seasons combined.

    Leicester City

Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers speaking to BT Sport: “It was a huge step [towards the Champions League]. I am so proud of the team. We started well and Luke [Thomas] scored an amazing goal.

“Once we scored we went sloppy and gave the ball away too easily which encouraged them. In the second half we were much better and restricted them.

“The players have definitely overachieved with all the big teams around. Now we can really enjoy the final at the weekend."

On Manchester City: “Congratulations to Pep [Guardiola] and his team. They are a wonderful team. They are in the Champions League final, they are champions in England and they clearly deserved it.”

Southampton v Crystal Palace (20:15 BST)

    Southampton

Southampton will be looking to get to the end of this season and regroup after struggling for form in 2021 - Saints have earned the fewest points (11) and conceded the most goals (41) in the Premier League since the turn of the year.

The stats are bleak, they have lost 13 of 17 league games since beating Liverpool in January, have gone seven home league matches without a clean sheet and have dropped a league-high 23 points from winning positions this season.

Ralph Hasenhuttl's side are also winless in their past eight league matches without Danny Ings, drawing three and losing five, so will be delighted he returns tonight.

Southampton v Crystal Palace (20:15 BST)

There is another game on the way tonight...

Southampton are winless in their last three games against Crystal Palace at St Mary's, drawing two and losing one, but have only won on one of their 11 visits to the Saints in the Premier League.

Roy Hodgson's side are, however, looking to secure their first league double over Southampton since the 1990-91 season.

    Manchester United

Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic speaking to BT Sport: “We had a good team today of course some young players got a chance with some experienced players. We had a good balance. A set-piece decided the game.

"In some parts of the game we played some amazing football but we didn’t create enough to score a second goal.

“We had two days [to prepare]. We had some meetings, of course we are not happy with the result, but we played some good football. The youngsters did well and showed great character against a very good side.

“We have to deal with this situation. In two days we have another big game.”

On Manchester City winning the Premier League: "They are champions but we have to be focused on ourselves in the last three games and in the Europa League to do our best."

If I'm honest I am heading over to the Etihad after this!

FA Cup finalists Leicester City have secured their first Old Trafford victory over Manchester United since 1998 to take a major step towards a place in next season’s Champions League and crown Manchester City champions for the third time in four seasons.

Brendan Rodgers’ side now only require four points from their final two games to secure a top-four finish, although before that quest resumes, they will attempt to win the FA Cup for the first time in the club’s history against Chelsea at Wembley.

Leicester left-back Luke Thomas: “Playing at Old Trafford is a dream but to score here was unbelievable. With my emotions I didn’t know what to do. There’s no better feeling than seeing it go into the top of the stanchion.

“To come out with a win gives us a great chance going into next week. There’s always pressure but games like this when people don’t believe you can get a result…we have proved we are such a good team by getting a result.”

City have been convincing all the way through the season.

They've been relentless in all competitions and have been an absolute pleasure to watch.

They have shown attacking flair but that brilliant back four too.

To be within touching distance of four trophies has been just fantastic.

Pep Guardiola has found a team he can rely on and a total team performance. They fully deserve the Premier League trophy.

You can only imagine people's phones are going to melt trying to get tickets to see the trophy lift.

It comes after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was forced to shuffle his side today with three matches in a matter of days.
