Diego Llorente is caught in the back by the knee of James Tarkowski as both go up for a header.

Needs some magic spray.

Crucial sliding block from Dwight McNeil as Jack Harrison tees up Stuart Dallas on the edge of the box.

Dallas hits it cleanly but McNeil gets enough on it to deflect it wide and behind for a corner.

Charlie Taylor goes on a decent run down the left and manages to lift it into the centre.

Illan Meslier reads it well and gathers in the cross, under pressure from Chris Wood.

Ashley Westwood drills a deep free-kick in towards the back post but Diego Llorente nods it away.

Chris Wood then comes barging in on Illan Meslier for the loose ball and gives away a foul.

Jsck Harrison gets past the full-back but his cut-back is intercepted. It comes to Ezgjan Alioski on the edge and he curls it in.

Stuart Dallas picks it up on the far side and hits it first time but he skews it over the bar. Worth a go!

Josh Brownhill tries to thread it through to Dwight McNeil on the left but he's undercooked the pass.

Neither side have been able to keep the ball for long spells.

Jack Harrison tries to sneak in behind but he's just offside. Burnley's defensive line holding strong at the moment.

Chris Wood does well to win the header and holds off Kalvin Phillips but the Leeds midfielder nips in to win it back.

Luke Ayling is then fouled by Wood near the touchline.

Burnley give it away sloppily outside their own box and Raphinha tries to slip in Patrick Bamford.

It's dealt with but Bamford has it at his feet in the box again a few seconds later. He hits it early and forces a save at the near post by Bailey Peacock-Farrell.

Illan Meslier messes up a clearance but Burnley can't capitalise on the throw-in inside Leeds' half. Luke Ayling then sprays it over to Jack Harrison.

Burnley definitely look up for this. Some neat footwork on the edge of the Leeds box helps retain possession and it comes over to Josh Brownhill.

He has a pop but it flies comfortably wide.

Good start from Burnley!

Matej Vydra can't quite bring it under control in the box to get a shot away before Patrick Bamford clears it.

Vydra is busy in the box again a few moments later and wins a corner but Dwight McNeil's delivery is straight at the keeper.

First corner for Burnley. Dwight McNeil runs across to take it. Patrick Bamford nods it away at the front post, with Chris Wood lurking behind, putting pressure on Illan Meslier.

A good point raised on the TV commentary around players fighting for their places in Euro 2021 squads.
