    Spurs 3-1 Vitesse

It feels like players often score in both nets - but four minutes apart must be nearly a record.

It'll be a Europa Conference League record anyway, I'm sure.

    Leicester 0-0 Spartak Moscow

Leicester's decision-making in the final third has been poor so far.

Left-back Ryan Bertrand gets into the box and pulls the ball back to a team-mate on the edge of the area but elects for a more difficult pick-out and the chance is lost.

  4. CLOSE!published at 20:32 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2021

    Leicester 0-0 Spartak Moscow

Leicester make a rare foray in behind Spartak Moscow's backline, Kelechi Iheanacho latching onto a dinked ball forward from Caglar Soyuncu but the Nigerian's touch is a little heavy and the goalkeeper sprints out to collect.

    Jacob Rasmussen (32 mins)

What a game. From the resulting corner Jacob Rasmussen powers home a header.

That's a goal in both nets for Rasmussen in the space of maybe three minutes.

    Spurs 3-0 Vitesse

Woof. Vitesse almost pull one back as Sondre Tronstad hits a powerful 30-yard drive which is heading towards the top corner before Hugo Lloris tips it over.

Matt: It's not a full house because tickets for the top tier aren't available for Spurs ECL group matches - all lower tier tickets available sold out today though.

Jacob Rasmussen own goal (28 mins)

Pinball and Spurs have scored. Well a Vitesse player has.

Sergio Reguilon is involved down the left again and finds Ben Davies. He drags his shot across and Jacob Rasmussen slides in to deny Harry Kane and ends up taking it past his line.

He desperately tries to clear - too late - and the ball hits the keeper and then the post, but the referee points to the centre circle.

    Spurs 2-0 Vitesse

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Antonio Conte is enjoying himself on the touchline here as Spurs cut through the Vitesse defence at will. As introductions go, they could not have made it more welcoming for the new man in charge here.

    Spurs 2-0 Vitesse

Sergio Reguilon whips in a good cross although Spurs don't do anything with it. The hosts are just passing the ball round nicely now. Comfortable.

    Leicester 0-0 Spartak Moscow

Leicester are seeing plenty of the ball but can't quite put it together in the final third.

Youri Tielemans looks to find the run of Patson Daka but the pass is cut out.

    Spurs 2-0 Vitesse

Spurs could have a hatful here - Vitesse are playing a very high line.

The wing-back system definitely seems to be working well for the hosts here.

    Spurs 2-0 Vitesse

There's some buzz around the stadium now, a great atmosphere.

Emerson Royal picks out Son Heung-min with a phenomenal through ball but Son had just run too early - offside.

That would have been one on one again.

    Spurs 2-0 Vitesse

Son Heung-min scored Tottenham's first goal under each of their last three permanent managers (Jose Mourinho, Nuno Espirito Santo and Antonio Conte).

    Lucas Moura (22 mins)

Terrible defending and Lucas Moura takes avantage. The Brazilian picks out Harry Kane on the halfway line and the Englishman plays it straight back to Moura with a through ball.

The Brazilian is basically one on one with the keeper from about 40 yards, charges into the box and slots home.

  16. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20:22 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2021

    Spurs 1-0 Vitesse

Son Heung-min smashes the post to almost finish off a rapid Spurs counter-attack.

Hugo Lloris catches the corner and throws it out to Sergio Reguilon. He charges forward and finds Harry Kane - who goes on a dribble I didn't even know he had in him.

The ball ends up with Son, who hits the woodwork from a tight angle.

    Spurs 1-0 Vitesse

Vitesse really aren't afraid to have a go. Matus Bero shoots from outside the box and it hits a Spurs defender's back and goes for a corner.

  18. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20:20 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2021

    Leicester 0-0 Spartak Moscow

    Ohhhh myyyyy!

Boubakary Soumare has almost broken the goalposts at King Power Stadium.

A loose ball falls 30 yards out, he sizes it up and wallops it first time with his left peg and it smashes the angle of post and bar.

It is an incredible hit and the goalkeeper barely moved.

That woodwork will be left shaking into next week.

Another lungbursting run by Spurs' right wing-back Emerson Royal but, not for the first time tonight, the final ball is missing.
