Norwich know where they are as a club. I know they get criticism; everyone else outside gets frustrated because they want to see a change but if your manager has a philosophy, as a club it allows you to stay on a constant.
Norwich have an identity as a club and the manager enforces that and leads it. They don't overspend and put themselves in trouble; they've been there before.
You want to see clubs with ambition, but you also want to see clubs bring managed correctly.
