    Chelsea 1-0 Norwich

Norwich unable to string many passes together at the moment.

Teemu Pukki drops deep to collect the ball and tries to make something happen. But Jorginho smells the danger and bites at his ankles to win back possession.

    Chelsea 1-0 Norwich

One from the training ground. Mason Mount goes for a short ball to the edge of the area towards Ben Chilwell - think Trent Alexander-Arnold against Barcelona - but Norwich are alert to the danger.

However, the Blues are on the attack and win a corner...

    Chelsea 1-0 Norwich

Norwich can't deviate from the plan, though. Daniel Farke will be demanding they try to stay compact and limit Chelsea to just this one goal for as long as possible.

    They've got it!

Exactly the start which Thomas Tuchel would have demanded.

Premier League leaders Chelsea take the lead thanks to a clinical finish from Mason Mount.

The England midfielder collects the ball on the edge of the area and drills into the left corner. Tim Krul helpless.

    Chelsea 0-0 Norwich

Decent tempo from Chelsea as they get into their rhythm quickly. An early goal would be ideal.

    Chelsea 0-0 Norwich

"Shoooooooot!" the Chelsea fans shout as Toni Rudiger bounds forward.

So he does. A low fizzing effort is not an easy one for Tim Krul to sort out, but the Norwich keeper handles it well.

    Chelsea 0-0 Norwich

First attack for the home side.

Callum Hudson-Odoi brings the lollipops to the yard, with more stepovers than Ronaldo circa 2003.

He feeds Kai Havertz whose low cross can't find a Blues shirt.

Norwich don't clear properly and Havertz almost gets on the end of a cross from the right.

    Chelsea 0-0 Norwich

Very quiet start. Norwich try to get hold of the ball, building some possession and confidence.

Norwich's chances? Probably zilch. Their last away goal in the Premier League was 2020. It's not happening is it?

Norwich know where they are as a club. I know they get criticism; everyone else outside gets frustrated because they want to see a change but if your manager has a philosophy, as a club it allows you to stay on a constant.

Norwich have an identity as a club and the manager enforces that and leads it. They don't overspend and put themselves in trouble; they've been there before.

You want to see clubs with ambition, but you also want to see clubs bring managed correctly.
