However, Peterborough's struggles away from home continue while Barrow beat Newport in League Two.

Here's what tonight's results have done to the top of the Championship.

Karlan Grant's late winner extended West Brom's unbeaten start to the campaign and put the Baggies top of the table.

That goal denied Coventry City from going to the summit of the second tier for the first time since August 2009.

Viktor Gyokeres scored twice as Coventry comfortably beat Peterborough to move up to second in the table.

That'll be a galling defeat for QPR, who led through Andre Gray's goal after 45 seconds.

But Seny Dieng failed to hold on to Karlan Grant's strike and fumbled the ball into his own net with 15 minutes left.

And Grant netted the winner for the Baggies with two minutes left.

That's now three straight league defeats for the west Londoners.

West Brom have a valuable comeback victory, and Valerien Ismael's men go top of the Championship in the process.

Coventry City are in dreamland and are heading top of the Championship as things stand.

The Sky Blues have made it five successive home wins at the start of the season.

That's the first time they've achieved that in the top two tiers since 1973-74.

Peterborough remain without a point from their five away games since their return to this level.

It's also five defeats in six for Darren Ferguson's men.

Another opening for the hosts, as captain Jake Livermore shoots wide of the right-hand upright from outside the area.

Barrow grab a first win in three as they come from 1-0 down at half-time to beat Newport 2-1.

The Cumbrians are up to eighth in the table before the rest of the weekend's action.

Enforced change for Rangers now, as influential midfielder Stefan Johansen has to come off through injury.
