In attempting to chase back on Mohamed Salah, West Ham defender Angelo Ogbonna looks like he has done himself some damage by twisting his knee/ankle.

It looks a painful one.

What a ball through from Jordan Henderson, slipping Mohamed Salah in behind.

The Egyptian is onto it in the area, checking back, but Aaron Cresswell gets back to mop up.

Looking to restore parity, Sadio Mane wriggles away in the box and thinks he has earned a corner but the ref says it came back off him.

Kyle: Nice to finally see goalkeepers not getting over protected. No way was that a foul poor play from Allison. Great start for in form West Ham.

But Cresswell escapes any sanctions and Hendo is back on his feet.

Having played with Jordan Henderson and seen him up close and watched him, he just doesn't shut up. It can be really annoying, you'd much rather play with him than against him.

Some people will say he hasn't goth this or he hasn't got that, but I guarantee he's going to be relentless and he will affect the game. He'll always say 'there's a man,' or 'turn,' or 'that's great,' 'that's not great.'

To sum it up, when they beat Man United a few weeks ago, it could have been so easy for Liverpool to ease up, but he was one of the people that made sure the standard stayed the same. He made sure they kept that clean sheet and didn't give the ball away.

Realistically, you get that from a coach. When you have that in a player - what a blessing. That's why Jurgen Klopp is so happy to see him on the pitch. That is second to none, you can't really buy that.

Liverpool are rattled.

They thought they had got away with it with the long VAR check but the decision didn't go their way.

"Incredible, faultless. He's scored however many goals this season and he's mirroring his form from a few seasons ago.

"Playing football and being in a dressing room, we don't really compare players, we just respect what they're doing if they're tearing it up.

"You can't deny what he's doing week after week, his consistency is world class. He's a fantastic player. Of course you want to play against him, but at the same time you want to be wary.

"To play on the same pitch as him would be great. I want to challenge myself against the best, and he's arguably the best player in the world."

On Ademola Lookman's disallowed goal: "From what I have seen, the image with the line drawn shows he is a fraction offside. But the ball on contact I assume he is behind the ball."

Maybe it's ominous for West Ham that, incredibly, Mo Salah hasn't scored in his last couple of matches. It feels like he's actually stepped up again this season and we're actually seeing the best of him.

Defenders who know that they're going to play against him, they know that they've got to be at their best against this man.
