    Scottish Premiership

Leaders Rangers and city rivals Celtic will look to put Thursday's Europa League disappointments behind them tomorrow, but that gives an opportunity to Hearts and Motherwell, who sit third and fourth, to end Saturday on top of the Premiership table as they meet in the game of the day in Edinburgh.

All of the bottom five are also in action, with two of them looking for a first league victory of the season.

  5. Any fans of vaccine passports?published at 14:06 British Summer Time 2 October 2021

Heart of Midlothian v Motherwell (15:00)

Vaccine passports become a reality for Scottish football at Tynecastle today, but don't panic if you are headed to the Hearts-Motherwell game without one.

Like Rangers on Sunday, the Edinburgh club are using this afternoon as a test event after the Scottish government decided they will not be enforced until 18 October. Hearts chief executive Andrew McKinlay is talking about it now on Sportsound.

It means there will be spot checks for over 18s at events with more than 10,000 in attendance, but Aberdeen have ditched their trial for Sunday's visit of Scotland because of problems with the country's Covid Vaccine App.

Do you back the idea of vaccine passports? Thumbs up for yes, thumbs down for no.
