The travelling Forest fans are in great voice tonight, in homage of their Super Cooper.
And they have had even more reason to sing since the half-time oranges.
The visitors look a growing threat on the break. So many interceptions and loose balls that could so easily have broken a little more kindly for them.
And now Sam Johnstone has been truly tested for the first time by Brennan Johnson's deflected drive, there is a growing silence around the other seven eighths of the stadium.
West Brom 0-0 Nott'm Forest
West Brom keeper Sam Johnstone shows his class with a superb stop.
Brennan Johnson takes Joe Lolley's pass in his stride and gallops at goal, drags his marker wide and then flashes a shot which loops off a stretching foot and heads towards goal.
Johnstone readjusts himself in mid-air and palms it over the bar.
Brilliant.
West Brom 0-0 Nott'm Forest
West Brom enjoy a concerted spell of pressure on the Forest goal but cannot find the gaps within a well-set defence.
Darnell Furlong brings players forwards for his throws, which he's not quite got right tonight.
I did once see Kazenga Lua Lua back-heel a goal for QPR off one of those missiles though at Preston, so there's merit in their support.
West Brom 0-0 Nott'm Forest
Steve Cooper makes a Forest switch, with Joe Lolley replacing Philip Zinckernagel.
He can whack one.
Colchester 1-1 Newport
Freddie Sears has just brought Colchester level in League Two with a lovely chip over the goalkeeper.
10 minutes to go.
West Brom 0-0 Nott'm Forest
Keyboard is smoking here. End to end.
West Brom slickly work the ball wide to Darnell Furlong on the right of the box, and he inswings a cross to the back-post.
Brice Samba leaves it, and it almost catches him out as it bobbles across goal.
Flowing.
West Brom 0-0 Nott'm Forest
Forest's turn to push.
Djed Spence collects a pass on the right and tips it on to the overlapping Ryan Yates but his cross is cleared.
Another good move.
West Brom 0-0 Nott'm Forest
Darnell Furlong meets a curling Conor Townsend cross from the left, but it sails high over the bar.
The pace, sharpness and tempo from West Brom have all stepped up though. Much better, more more decisive.
West Brom 0-0 Nott'm Forest
Matt Phillips is on for West Brom, replacing Grady Diangana.
Will he be able to unlock Forest?
West Brom 0-0 Nott'm Forest
Heroes effort from Forest defender Joe Worrall. Timely, stretching block.
Alex Mowatt releases Callum Robinson for West Brom, and he swerves his way towards goal but the shot is blocked by Worrall.
West Brom 0-0 Nott'm Forest
Real ebb and flow here. It's swinging from end to end.
Forest break through Djed Spence but his ball is cut out by Matt Clarke.
West Brom spring on themselves, but as Karlan Grant is released, the foul is awarded for a block on Joe Worrall.
West Brom 0-0 Nott'm Forest
Joe Worrall is doing his best Franz Beckenbauer impression in this second half for Forest.
One example - he steps up, intercepts and strides on, creating things for Forest in attack. His pass to Philip Zinckernagel was agonisingly played just behind him.
Karlan Grant's break on the back of that was a warning shot though.
West Brom 0-0 Nott'm Forest
Best move from West Brom we've seen in the second-half, as Callum Robinson yomps forward on the break and slides left to Karlan Grant.
He turns inside Tobias Figueiredo with ease but flashes his shot over the top wildly.
West Brom 0-0 Nott'm Forest
Big chance for Forest. Joe Worrall toes a ball to James Garner through the middle, but his pass finds Philip Zinckernagel offside when he had the run on Kyle Bartley.
Forest are looking to punch balls into the channels, but West Brom are aware of the threat and counter it with sharp interceptions.
West Brom 0-0 Nott'm Forest
Great little skittering run from Djed Spence drags Forest to the cusp of the West Brom box, he passes inside to Brennan Johnson and he in turn moves onto James Garner, but the shot is blocked.
Forest upping their attacking push, and it's Spence who again carries the attack.
West Brom 0-0 Nott'm Forest
Immediate turbo-charged effort from Forest as a push down the left sees the ball swung into the mixer, but Cedric Kipre heads clear.
Djed Spence gets another another ball in. Cleared.
Baggies bomb forward, Karlan Grant's cross blocked.
Corner. James Garner heads Grant's ball away.
Phew. That's more like it.
West Brom 0-0 Nott'm Forest
Right then.
Will it be forty-five minutes of inclement weather and frustration, or a rain-shower of footballing joy?
I'm saying the former, but waiting to be pleasantly surprised.
Forest get us up and running again.

An air of slight disappointment and disillusionment as the half-time entertainment drowns out the muttering of the home fans.
Albion have had chances - good ones too - but they haven't yet found a way through Steve Cooper's well-manned defence.
Super Cooper has still only tasted defeat once since he became Forest boss two months ago - and the Baggies are simply going to have get a bit sharper in front of goal.
Forest's fifth draw in six games still looks favourite. But the visitors do look like they offer a bit on the break, so Albion cannot afford to go too Gung Ho.
