They've looked largely second best since scoring two early goals.

Joana Marchao isn't happy. The Portugal defender looks to hit it first time as the corner comes in, but the referee gets in the way and deflects it behind.

It results in a drop ball, but it comes to nothing for Portugal.

Straight down the other end and Ramona Bachmann looks lively. She bursts into the box and shoots across goal with her left foot, but it's just wide of the far post.

Jessica Silva takes a neat touch from the long ball forward and shoots under pressure from Viola Calligaris.

It's her best effort yet, but it's over the crossbar.

The Portugal manager probably has said that you get five to 10 minutes to show me that you can stay on the pitch. Otherwise changes will happen.

Sandy Maendly is down receiving treatment early in the second half. She gets caught in a sandwich between two Portugal players and lands awkwardly.

Looks like she'll be ok to carry on.

Switzerland couldn't have asked for a better start. It was a wonderful goal from the second phase of play and the second goal has given them the momentum.

The Portugal defence could not cope with the physicality of Kiwic. She overpowered them. That's been a theme of the game. She's an aggressive defender but really good in attack, too.

Switzerland's two goals are the only shots on target we saw in that first half.

But it was Portugal who had more of the ball with 52% possession over the half, so Francisco Neto's side can take that confidence into the second half.
