    That's all from me.

Pernille Harder's second-half goal ensured Denmark kept their hopes of progressing from Group B alive as they overcame Finland in Milton Keynes.

  2. 'Denmark don't have enough'published at 19:10 British Summer Time 12 July 2022

    Kelly Smith
Former England striker on BBC Two

I don’t think Denmark have enough to take something from Spain in the final game.

The front three aren’t connected enough. Pernille Harder is the only one who galvanises them.

  3. 'Harder is a big-game player'published at 19:08 British Summer Time 12 July 2022

    FT: Denmark 1-0 Finland

    Kelly Smith
Former England striker on BBC Two

Pernille Harder is a big-game player.

She is a leader for this Danish team and they needed her when it wasn’t going well.

She kept believing and encouraging them on. She delivered in the big moment.

No surprises who was awarded player of the match.

Goalscorer Pernille Harder is all smiles after her earlier knock.

  5. 'Finland lacked creativity'published at 19:02 British Summer Time 12 July 2022

    FT: Denmark 1-0 Finland

    Kelly Smith
Former England striker on BBC Two

Finland didn’t pose a threat all game except for the shot in the final minute.

They stayed a back five for way too long, they had no threat up front.

I think they lack a creative midfielder, someone who can break the lines.

It was too static, lacked creativity.

Every Denmark player sprinted to the corner flag after that winner.

Will those players look back on that goal as the moment that saved their Euros?

A win against Spain next time out will likely guarantee them a spot in the knockouts.

For Denmark there is joy and relief.

Lene Christensen deserves all the love because she had nothing to do all game and popped up with a remarkable save at the end.

  9. 'Finland have stuck at it'published at 18:54 British Summer Time 12 July 2022

    FT: Denmark 1-0 Finland

    Scott Booth
Former Birmingham City manager on BBC Two

Finland have stuck at it. They have tried to nullify the threat form Denmark as much as possible.

But have they really tried to create their own opportunities? Not really.

    Top save keeps it 1-0!

Substitute Anna Westerland has a pop from range, destined for the top corner, which Lene Christensen just tips over the bar.

She even catches the resulting corner too.

It's scrappy. Finland can't string more than three passes together. This is suiting Denmark.

Spoke too soon. That's Pernille Harder's day done as she's replaced by Simone Boye Sorensen.

Harder grabs an ice pack straight away and sits down on the bench clutching it to her head.
