The substitutions have been very good. Del Castillo was constantly getting down the right side, getting the better of Rachel Daly. Alex Greenwood has come on, played higher up and used her experience. Alessia Russo has been so much better in that higher position. The way she's backed into players. I think England have just been a bit more direct as well and the crosses going into the box have been better quality.

The break has come at a good time for Spain, regather their thoughts. Sarina Wiegman will be telling the England players 'more of the same'. They need to rough this Spain defence up, they don't like it. It doesn't need to be pretty, it just needs to be effective.
