You could sense the crowd were getting edgy as they knew Stoke had taken control.

As the game wore on they got better going forward - put more moves together, had more chances and thoroughly deserved the goal.

It's frustrating that Stoke can put that performance in for 25-30 minutes, but not longer.

Huddersfield miss the chance to move up to fifth.

The Terriers took the lead through Josh Koroma's deflected effort in the first half, although the forward was lucky to still be on the pitch after a poor challenge on Stoke defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis had gone unpunished.

The Potters improved after the break and sub Jacob Brown got them a deserved leveller with a fierce strike from 20 yards.

Town stay sixth and Stoke move up a spot to 10th.

Stoke forward Jacob Brown gets a shot off but Harry Toffolo gets enough of a block on it to take all the sting out of it.

Will that be it?

Sorba Thomas whips it in but Jacob Brown gets first contact to clear it away to safety.

Substitute Scott High gets a shot away but it doesn't unduly trouble Jack Bonham in the Potters goal.

They never really pushed on for the second goal here and, as it stands, they've been made to pay.

Considering what's gone on in this game, even if Stoke do get a point they'll feel aggrieved because of what happened in the first half.

Stoke are getting in behind Huddersfield now and starting to get their defenders turning.

Lewis O'Brien is booked for a very naughty challenge on Stoke forward Jacob Brown.

Brown is getting a bit of treatment but should be ok.

Nick Powell looks to bend one towards the far corner from 20 yards but his shot lacks power.

Stoke well on top now.

Quick bit of housekeeping.

Town goalkeeper Lee Nicholls and Stoke forward Tyrese Campbell were both shown yellow cards after the Potters equaliser for what I assume was a bit of a contretemps.

Huddersfield make their final change and it's Scott High on for Danel Sinani in the Town midfield.

Lovely play by Sorba Thomas down the Town right, including a silky nutmeg, nearly carves out a great chance but his low cross is cut out and Duane Holmes can't keep his header down as the ball comes back at him.

Josh Koroma's evening is done and he could well be the matchwinner.

His goal came a few minutes after he escaped punishment for this challenge on Taylor Harwood-Bellis.

Stoke are pushing on a bit more now.

I'm not sure Huddersfield have had a shot this half.

The Potters are in poor form but it seems a bad idea to just sit back and play for time with 20 minutes to go.
