  1. Hibs in a rutpublished at 19:33 Greenwich Mean Time 14 December 2021

    Hibernian v Dundee (19:45)

Hibernian's one league win in their last 10 games - against St Johnstone on 27 November - was the only time they have scored more than one goal in a Premiership match since 18 September.

The last time they kept a clean sheet - also against St Johnstone - was on 26 September. Yikes.

    Hibernian v Dundee (19:45)

Dundee boss James McPake expects they will face a "hungry" Hibernian team.

"We can expect a Hibs team that are hungry for places in a cup final on Sunday," he told BBC Scotland's Sportsound. "They’ll be hurting."

On his own side's previous performance, a 3-2 defeat by Ross County, he added: "We looked very good going forward, we were a bit nervy at the back throughout the game. Every goal was avoidable.

"That was Saturday, we’re here now and need a similar performance attacking-wise and to be much, much better defensively as a team."

  3. Gray unsure on League Cup finalpublished at 19:26 Greenwich Mean Time 14 December 2021

    Hibernian v Dundee (19:45)

Hibernian caretaker boss David Gray says he doesn't know how long he'll be in the dugout.

"After the game on Saturday I knew I would be [in charge tonight] after I spoke to [chief executive] Ben [Kensell].

"We’re no further forward with that, information is still exactly the same: 'Can you take the team for tonight?’ Which we’ve done and we’re in a good place.

"My future is irrelevant the minute, my future is all about preparing the boys for tonight that’s all you’re getting from me on that one at the moment."

Asked if he could be in charge for Sunday's League Cup final, Gray said: "Sunday? Tonight’s the most important thing. If it changes between now and then we can have that conversation."

Some reports are saying Shaun Maloney is the preferred candidate, with Gary Caldwell to join as assistant.
