Defending champions Chelsea will play Lille.
Sporting Lisbon v Juventus
Inter Milan v Ajax
Red Bull Salzburg v Liverpool.
What a tie for the Austrian side who are newcomers to this stage of the competition.
Atletico Madrid v Bayern Munich. Ouch.
Villarreal get drawn with Manchester United. But they played in the same group so cannot play each other.
They get Manchester City instead.
The first game out is Benfica v Real Madrid.
Here we go.
Here's Andrey Arshavin. The former Arsenal attacker is helping out with the draw.
Asked who has impressed him so far in this season's competition, he said: "I would say Ajax, I think they won all of their games and their striker [Sebastien Haller] scored in every group stage match."
On his best Champions League memories: "I played for Arsenal and we beat the strongest Barcelona team at the Emirates and I scored a goal."
Data experts Nielsen Gracenote have had a look at each team's chances of progressing in the Champions League.
For group winners Manchester City, Liverpool and Manchester United, the most favourable draws in the last-16 would be against RB Salzburg (ranked 34 on the Euro Club Index) followed by either of the Portuguese clubs, or Villarreal, all of whom are ranked outside Europe's top-20.
Paris St-Germain (ranked 5), Atletico Madrid (8) and Inter Milan (10) are the best unseeded teams from outside England and would be the toughest opponents to draw.
The toughest draws for Chelsea, who finished second in their group, would be Euro Club Index top ranked team Bayern Munich and Real Madrid (ranked 4). The best draw for Chelsea would be Lille (ranked 32).
Host Pedro Pinto hands over to Uefa's deputy general secretary Giorgio Marchetti, who will be overseeing the draw.

We are just moments away from the start of the last-16 draw.
Before that, and in typical Uefa fashion, we get to see a scene-setting video of all the sides that have reached this stage of the competition.
Ajax, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Lille. Some very tasty potential opponents for the reigning champions.
What do you reckon Chelsea fans?
Basically a copy and paste job this bar deleting Paris St-Germain.
Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan, Sporting Lisbon, Red Bull Salzburg, Villarreal and Benfica are all potential opponents for Pep Guardiola's side.
Just a few reminders before we get going.
No side can face another team from the same national association and clubs cannot be drawn against opponents they met during the group stage, either.
All the ties take place over two legs, with seeded teams at home in the second legs.
Atletico Madrid, Paris St-Germain, Inter Milan, Sporting Lisbon, Benfica, Red Bull Salzburg stand the greatest chance of being drawn to play Ralf Rangnick's side.
There are at least a couple of those sides I'm not sure he would fancy.
Then again what was forward Edinson Cavani saying over the last day or two, something around not being concerned by whoever they get.
What do you reckon? Thumbs up if you agree with Cavani.

Daniel: Kaka v Man Utd in 2007 has to be up there. Single-handedly took United to the cleaners!
Great shout. AC Milan went on to win the Champions League that year, of course, and Kaka's efforts earned him the Ballon d'Or.
Paris St-Germain, Inter Milan, Sporting Lisbon, Benfica, Villarreal and Red Bull Salzburg seem the most likely opponents for Jurgen Klopp's side.
Will any of those teams really strike fear into Liverpool?
Hit the thumbs up if you reckon the Reds will be happy with any of that lot.
Ties will take place over two legs. The first legs will be spread out on 15, 16, 22 and 23 February, with the second legs on 8, 9, 15 and 16 March.
Seeded teams will be away for the first leg before being at home for the return matches. All kick-offs are at 20:00 GMT.
The draw for the quarter-finals is on 18 March.
Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United are all seeded along with German giants Bayern Munich and record 13-time winners Real Madrid.
The other seeds are Ajax, Juventus and Lille.
The eight unseeded teams, who all finished runners-up in their respective groups, are Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan, Paris St-Germain, Sporting Lisbon, Chelsea, Red Bull Salzburg, Villarreal and Benfica.
