Captain Gareth Bale starts for Wales as manager Robert Page makes four changes from the 1-1 draw with Belgium in November.
Bale has made only two appearances for Real Madrid since winning his 100th Wales cap in the 5-1 win over Belarus in November.
It’s a bold line-up, with Fulham attacking midfielder Harry Wilson recalled along with Bale, Ethan Ampadu and goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey.
Of the players missing from the Belgium draw, goalkeeper Danny Ward and striker Kieffer Moore are injured, while midfielder Joe Morrell is suspended.
Wales: Hennessey; Ampadu, Rodon, B Davies; C Roberts, Ramsey, Allen, N Williams; Wilson, James, Bale.
