Xavi 'king of the six-yard pass' Hernandez has taken his Barcelona grafters 528 miles from their Nou Camp home to Spain's southern lands.

These star names didn't have to suffer a cramped and arduous bus journey. They've flown in, loosened off and are now set to go in a game that can help them maintain a fight for a top-four spot.

There may be planes and glamour but there's no title tilt for now. Pass-master Xavi is still finding his groove in the hot seat but they've lost just one of the six league games under him, so maybe, just maybe, something is building.
