Cardiff fans would have expected a long afternoon today, even before the teams were announced, but they're enjoying their trip to Anfield.

They're making all the noise so far, and they've even had a mischievous song for Virgil van Dijk, suggesting tongue-in-cheek that the Liverpool man is an inferior version of former Cardiff centre-back Sol Bamba. A reference to Neil Warnock's claim to that effect a few years ago, again a little playful.

All very aerial inside the Cardiff box but the visiting defenders are dealing with it...for now.

Cardiff are under massive pressure and you just expect the ball will fall to a Liverpool boot in the area soon. Cardiff are defending incredibly well but at some point they need to hold the ball up at the other end of the field.

Seeing Ng getting on the ball more than Alexander-Arnold will make my job a lot easier.
