Alex Greenwood, sporting a protective face mask, chops down Hayley Ladd with a badly timed tackle.

No harm done, but you do wonder if Greenwood can blame the mask for obstructing her view a little. The resulting free kick is dealt with.

Marc Skinner has done a fabulous job. Difficult shoes to fill in that Casey Stoney had established herself as United manager and brought the team up from the Championship.

But he has got his own fantastic credentials as a manager. It has taken time for the girls to understand how he wants to play.

In the last three or four games they have been really in-tune with his set-up - both in and out of possession - and you can see that in the results they have had.

A huge game near the bottom of the table where Everton will leapfrog Aston Villa into ninth spot if they manage a fourth WSL win of the season.

    Easier said than done.

The Toffees are looking to avoid a fourth straight league defeat and have not won a WSL game since 21 November.

"It’s been about mental toughness, resilience, managing the difficult moments in the game, staying on top when you have momentum," said interim manager Chris Roberts.

"It’s easy to talk about mental toughness, you need to have a really strong plan in place and players who are able to adapt in those plans as well.”

That was some miss. It bounced up and I think Lauren Hemp was sure it was going in the net but she needed to get more on it.

It's a huge miss from Manchester City's Lauren Hemp from point-blank range.

Jessica Park does well to chop the ball back in the box and picks out a wonderful low cross to the back post where Hemp is lurking.

Hemp gets her connection all wrong and sends her effort over the bar without even testing Mary Earps.

A deep cross from Lauren Hemp from the left is nodded into Losada's path on the edge of the area, and she sends a dipping volley just over the bar for the hosts.
