The away side got off to a dream start when debutant Amad Diallo's tap-in gave the champions an early lead.
But County composed themselves and took advantage of two gifts from Allan McGregor and Calvin Bassey to turn the game on its head.
Big, big second half for Giovanni van Bronckhorst's men.

He gets two hands to it but just drops it into the path of Jordan White, who finishes from a yard.
