Gary Madine (4 mins)
As straightforward as they come for Gary Madine who is left unmarked at a corner and coolly loops a header back across goal and into the net.
Swans boss Russell Martin won't be happy with that defending.
Millwall 0-0 Middlesbrough
A very early caution for Millwall defender Jake Cooper who is booked for fouling Aaron Connolly as he turned away from him into space.
A long time to be walking a tightrope for Cooper.
Blackburn 0-0 Bristol City
Bristol City have already managed something that Millwall didn't in 90 minutes at Blackburn on Tuesday.
They've had a shot.
Antoine Semenyo fires wide from an angle.
Keinan Davis (1 min)
17 seconds!
Incredible start from Forest.
The fans are barely given time to take their seats and already the home side are in front.
Djed Spence catches the Royals napping, bursting forward to find Keinan Davis who turns and fires Forest ahead.
Not the start Reading would have planned in the pre-match chat.
Hope you're all settled-in for this afternoon's entertainment

Mark Hughes' arrival at Bradford raised a few eyebrows but it has done nothing to turn around their fortunes with the club on a five-game losing streak as they head to leaders Forest Green Rovers.
The Gloucestershire side still have a healthy lead at the summit but are having their first real wobble of the season and are looking for a first win in five games themselves.
Tranmere's late win over Mansfield last night sent them into third and its a really exciting promotion race, with Northampton, Sutton, and Newport all looking for points on the road today, while fourth-placed Exeter host Salford.
Bottom-of-the-table Scunthorpe look cut adrift and really need the points at home to fellow strugglers Colchester, while John Sheridan's Oldham can move out of the relegation zone with a win over promotion hopefuls Swindon.
Here's what's on offer today -
All games kick off at 15:00 GMT
The pick of the games in the third tier sees second face third as Wigan head to MK Dons with the two promotion-chasers locked on 72 points.
MK Dons have won their last five and Wigan are good form as well so it's all set-up for an absolute cracker.
They're both trying to catch leaders Rotherham who head to seventh-placed Wycombe, who will be aiming to pick up the points to move them into the playoff spots.
Sunderland are looking to boost their promotion ambitions at home to bottom club Crewe and there's a huge game at the foot of the table as Doncaster, in 23rd, host Gillingham, who are just one point and one place above them.

Bottom-of-the-table Peterborough's last league win came when we were eating mince pies and putting tinsel on the Christmas tree.
Posh haven't tasted victory in the Championship since 11 December - a run of 13 games - which has seen them seven points from safety but they did at least pick up a creditable draw at Bournemouth in midweek.
Today's game looks like a good opportunity to pick up a long overdue victory as their opponents Stoke are on a dreadful run themselves with no win in their last seven, which has seen Michael O'Neill's men slip out of the promotion picture.
Preston, unbeaten in their last five away games, head to south Wales this afternoon to take on Steve Morison's Cardiff.
Ryan Lowe's team start the game in the bottom half but they are only seven points away from the top six, with opponents Cardiff looking to get their third win on the bounce.
Blackpool and Swansea find themselves stuck in mid-table but their points totals show they are closer to the top of the table than the bottom and they still have time to ensure their seasons end on a positive note.
The Tangerines have won their last two and are unbeaten in their last 11 home league games against Swansea City, with Russell Martin's Swans looking to hit back from a 5-1 hammering by Fulham in midweek.
Birmingham and Hull City both occupy the bottom seven but neither looks in any real danger of being dragged into the relegation battle at the moment.
Blues have only won two of their past nine games but last weekend's victory at Bristol City took them to 40 points, which looks more than enough to survive this season.
Hull are three points further back and their recent record is an equally unimpressive one win in eight - but that came in their last away game at struggling Peterborough and could be crucial come the end of the season.
Bournemouth v Derby (15:00 GMT)
Uncertainty continues to reign at Derby.
The club have been in administration since September and boss Wayne Rooney said in the week it now seems likely the situation will drag on into next season.
What division the Rams are playing in come August remains to be seen but last week's 2-0 win over fellow strugglers Barnsley gave their survival bid a much needed injection of hope.
They face a stern test today against a Bournemouth side who have stuttered of late but have four games in hand on second-placed Huddersfield.
Nottingham Forest v Reading (15:00 GMT)
Reading could very much do with three points to give them a bit more breathing space at the wrong end of the table.
The Royals have lost their last two and with the sides below them picking-up points they are looking over their shoulder at the likes of Barnsley and Derby in the relegation zone.
But they face a considerable challenge to get the win today against a Forest side who are unbeaten in seven and have only lost two of their 13 home league games under Steve Cooper.
It's a good time to be a Forest fan and their following will be confident of a victory today which would push Cooper's side closer to the play-off spots ahead of their FA Cup quarter-final home tie with Liverpool next weekend.
Coventry v Sheff Utd (15:00 GMT)
Sheffield United sent a message to the rest of the league with their 4-1 shellacking of Middlesbrough on Tuesday.
Paul Heckingbottom's men start today in fifth and, although automatic promotion might look beyond them, it would seem folly to bet against them being involved in the shake up on current form.
Coventry's own play-off hopes have been severely dented by successive defeats and you feel like they're going to have to win today to get their top six hopes back on track.
The Sky Blues will be without both boss Mark Robins and his assistant Adi Viveash, who have both tested positive for Covid, so first-team coach Dennis Lawrence will take charge today.
Millwall v Middlesbrough (15:00 GMT)
One of the games of the day sees two teams within touching distance of the playoff places at The Den.
Millwall are one of the Championship's form teams, winning five in a row before a goalless draw with Blackburn on Tuesday.
That run has put Gary Rowett's men into ninth, four points outside the playoff spots, and victory today will see them leapfrog their opponents Middlesbrough.
Chris Wilder's side's league form has been slightly patchy and they have lost their last three away matches, including a 4-1 defeat at Sheffield United in midweek, but a win here could see them end the day in the top six.
Blackburn v Bristol City (15:00 GMT)
Remarkably Blackburn have scored just three goals in their past 12 Championship matches.
Even more remarkable still, they still sit in fourth in the table.
Rovers did everything but score in Tuesday's 0-0 draw with Millwall, a game in which the visitors had an XG of 0.0. If expected goals aren't your thing then that basically means they didn't have a shot of any description.
Tony Mowbray's side will hope to put their barren run behind them against a Bristol City side who have lost their past three and look like flopping over the finish line.
And now the Barnsley game is belatedly all wrapped up it's time to turn out attention to the 15:00 GMT action.
To take you through all that, here's Steve Mather.
FT: Barnsley 1-1 Fulham
Adie Moses
Ex-Barnsley defender on BBC Radio Sheffield
Barnsley could have had six points in the past two games but they've ended up with two after conceding late goals.
Fulham haven't created a lot of clear chances.
Barnsley need to take confidence from this. They have raised their game today and they will be disappointed with the goal they have conceded.
Barnsley 1-1 Fulham
A point apiece.
Barnsley had the lead through Carlton Morris' controversial penalty before Harry Wilson levelled with a wonderful late shot.
The same player should have won it for the league leaders but somehow contrived to head wide from inside the six-yard box.
A point doesn't do a great deal to boost Barnsley's Championship survival hopes but their performance will give them something to build on.
Barnsley 1-1 Fulham
Barnsley midfielder Domingos Quina and Fulham defender Tim Ream are patched up and back on.
Ream sporting a huge bandage around his head.
