Full programme in League Two
Forest Green Rovers will clinch promotion today if:
There's also plenty of potential twists and turns in the League One play-off race to keep an eye on as well, including Plymouth at home to Sunderland.
Will more follow Crewe through the trap door today?
Already one down in League One, but will today be the day that other teams follow them?
So we've marked your card on what to look for in the Championship today - how about who might drop down from League One?
FT: Middlesbrough 0-2 Huddersfield Town
If you've just joined us and missed our earlier Championship fixture, here's how Huddersfield moved closer to second-placed Bournemouth with a win at Middlesbrough.
Huddersfield Town move to within one point of the automatic promotion places as they beat Middlesbrough 2-0 in the Championship.
Read MoreCardiff City v Luton Town (15:00 BST)
Following Huddersfield's impressive win at Middlesbrough, Luton cannot end the day higher than their current fourth place.
But defeat in the Welsh capital would leave them looking over their shoulders at events elsewhere. But let's be frank, the Hatters have no right to be in this position, so they should try to carry that positive devil-may-care attitude with them on to the field. It's got them into this position, so why not carry on?
Cardiff are 17th, with nothing to play for and two wins and two losses from their last four games, so it remains to be seen what type of opposition they provide to Nathan Jones' men this afternoon.
Coventry City v Bournemouth (15:00 BST)
With two points and not a single goal from their past three matches, Bournemouth are not exactly making a convincing case for their promotion credentials.
Scott Parker's team remain second behind Fulham, but boy are they making hard work of going up with the Cherries collecting only three wins from their past nine games.
It is not going to be easy this afternoon against a Coventry team boosted by great wins at Fulham and Birmingham and only three points off Sheffield United in sixth.
With the Blades kicking off later at Bristol City, a win at the CBS Arena would move Mark Robins' fearless Sky Blues level on points.
That's the three crunch games to keep an eye on down at the bottom end, but what about matters up the other end of the table?
QPR v Derby (15:00 BST)
Wayne Rooney and Derby County have been battling the odds all season given their financial woes and 21-point deduction.
Without that, they would be 17th and almost safe. Instead, they are 22nd and need a spectacular finish to avoid what has looked like an inevitable relegation for months.
But they beat Champions-elect Fulham on Good Friday and have given most teams a game all year, certainly at home. However, it is just two wins from 21 on their travels and they badly need three points from their game at QPR this afternoon to keep their survival hopes going.
Mark Warburton has stated QPR must get to 72 points to have any chance of the top-six, so that means four wins out of four. It should make for a fascinating encounter.
Reading v Swansea (15:00 BST)
Paul Ince was the surprise choice to take over as interim manager at Reading following the departure of Veljko Paunovic, but four wins from his 10 matches have given them a nine-point cushion over the bottom three with only four matches remaining.
The Royals still need six points as things stand to stay up, but one win would probably do it. Their first chance is this afternoon at home to Swansea. The Swans are comfortably in mid-table with little jeopardy on the result for them.
But a run of 14 points from six games is their best spell of the season. That run has included wins over Peterborough and Derby and the Good Friday draw with Barnsley. Those three teams will be desperate for a favour from Russell Martin's Swans this afternoon.
Barnsley v Peterborough (15:00 BST)
League matches don't come much more decisive than this.
Both Barnsley and Peterborough begin this one deep in the bottom three and with their survival hopes hanging by a thread.
If Barnsley lose and Reading win, the Reds are relegated. If Posh fail to match Reading's result at home to Swansea, they will return to League One at the first attempt. While a draw may not relegate either today, it really is win or bust.
Both sides have been in trouble all season long, but can either of them find that bit of inspiration - or luck - that could keep them alive for a few more days or even be the start of a great escape?
How many could go down today?

Set to be a very nervy afternoon in store in the Championship, particularly down the bottom end, let's explain why...

Let's build things up for you to the main slice of action in all three divisions in our 15:00 BST kick-offs...
FT: Middlesbrough 0-2 Huddersfield Town
And what does that result mean for Huddersfield and their hopes of perhaps still sneaking into the top two?
They move to within a point of Bournemouth in second.
The Cherries might have three games in hand, but their run-in is far from straightforward, starting at Coventry City in the next 30 minutes or so.
Boro meanwhile have dropped out of that picture to eighth and could finish the day even further adrift.
Middlesbrough 0-2 Huddersfield Town
Job done for Huddersfield!
Their third win in four games and Boro's third defeat in four.
