Exeter are starting to take a hold of this game as they aim for automatic promotion.

They should be level after Kieran Phillips crashed an effort off the top of the bar from eight yards out after some superb build-up play by Jevani Brown.

The hosts have had three or four decent chances and the better of the possession, but the longer it stays like this, the more nervous it will become.

Swindon Town 1-0 Forest Green Rovers

    Sophie Hurcom
BBC West Sport at the County Ground

It's been a fast start with chances at both ends the opening 15 minutes, including Forest Green hitting the bar.

But it's Swindon who have taken the lead against their already promoted opponents, through Louis Reed. Harry McKirdy sent a blinding pass into the box, across the face of goal for Reed who was completely unmarked and just had to tap the ball into the net.

Swindon started the evening in 10th, knowing they needed to pick up points tonight if they have hopes of getting into the play-offs. This is exactly the start they will have wanted.

  12. goal

GOAL: Fleetwood 1-1 Sheffield Wednesdaypublished at 20:05 British Summer Time 26 April 2022

    Callum Camps (18 mins)

A real giveaway from the visitors.

Jordan Storey is caught in possession on the edge of his box by Joe Garner, whose cross is cleared only as far as Callum Camps. He takes a shot and sees his low effort squeeze past Bailey Peacock-Farrell in the Wednesday goal.

As things stand, that goal is relegating both AFC Wimbledon and Fleetwood.

A total defensive mess from Tim Ream and Marek Rodak.

They fail to pick up Sam Surridge's ball into the box, leaving Philip Zinckernagel to tap in from a yard out for the easiest goal he'll ever score.

This is going really well for Nottingham Forest, right now. Bournemouth losing, plus the fact they're winning, is closing the gap on that coveted automatic promotion spot.

    Barnsley 0-0 Blackpool

A bit of a dead rubber, this one.

Barnsley are already down. Blackpool have nothing to play for.

Tykes goalkeeper Jack Walton deflects Marvin Ekpiteta's header away in the main bit of action in the first quarter of an hour, here.

  16. 'Bizarre goal for Barrow'published at 20:00 British Summer Time 26 April 2022

    Exeter 0-1 Barrow

    Brent Pilnick
BBC Sport at St James Park

A bizarre first goal here at Exeter as a long throw from Remeao Hutton appeared to go straight into the net.

But the referee, after a moment of deliberation and a glance at his assistant gave the goal which was credited to Tom White with a deft header, although it might have taken a touch off Exeter goalkeeper Cameron Dawson.

It's quietened down the vociferous home crowd here at St James Park.

    Blimey..

Joel Piroe bags his second goal in six minutes with a brilliant finish from the edge of the box and it bobbles into the bottom right-hand corner.

That's his 22nd goal this season and Bournemouth's automatic promotion hopes are taking a bit of a dent, here.

Fulham will be champions if it stays like this, too.

This was not in the script down at St James Park! Remember, Exeter need to win to seal promotion from League Two.

And it's a disaster for Exeter goalkeeper Cameron Dawson. He really should deal with a lofted cross but he ends up flapping at it and knocking it into his own net.

The goal is greeted with almost total silence. Not a surprise as it's 327 miles from Cumbria to Devon!

  19. League Two updatepublished at 19:56 British Summer Time 26 April 2022

Not wanting to feel left out, League Two has joined the goalscoring fun.

But Sutton have scored not once, but TWICE, in the opening seven minutes. Alistair Smith put them in front with a brilliant 25-yard shot before Richard Bennett got the last touch to a devilish in-swinging free-kick.

    Fulham 0-0 Nottm Forest

Chance for Nottingham Forest early on against Fulham.

Philip Zinckernagel pulls it back for Brennan Johnson who works his way into the Fulham box.

However, his effort from close range is wide of the mark.
