An exceptional finish from Lauren Hemp - what a finish on her right foot! She just arcs it around the goalkeeper and the trajectory of this is beautiful, going away from the keeper, the power on it seems to deceive the keeper.

Millie Bright doesn't quite get tight enough, she needs to keep her on her left foot but she manages to cut inside and you see that side netting bulge.

Millie Bright will know all about Lauren Hemp's threat from their time together at England but she could do nothing to stop her from cutting inside and curling in the equaliser. Emma Hayes said this week she thought Hemp was an "amazing" player and enjoyed watching her play. But she will not have enjoyed that.

    A STUNNER!

Lauren Hemp has the ball on the left, she twists, she turns, and twists again.

Millie Bright doesn't get tight enough and Hemp cuts back to her right, curling the ball into the top corner.

    Exceptional run, even better finish.

Millie Bright took the credit for that one even though it was Sam Kerr's header which helped it over the line.

  20. 'The perfect ball'published at 15:05 British Summer Time 15 May 2022

    Chelsea 1-0 Man City

    Rachel Brown-Finnis
    Ex-England goalkeeper on BBC One

The ever-present Millie Bright has stuck to her task as a defender, she just floats it in at the back post, she has had a brilliant start to this game.

It was the perfect ball, hung up at the back post. I'm not sure if it was going in anyway but Sam Kerr was not chancing that and she does get a nudge on it.
