A comfortable win for the Netherlands that secures top spot in Group A. All eyes now are on who joins them in progressing.

Qatar, meanwhile, make unwanted history as they become the first host nation to exit the tournament losing all of their group games.

It's more and more desperate now from Ecuador. Long balls. They just need to keep their composure and create one more opening maybe.

HITS THE WOODWORK

Almost a peach of a goal by Steven Berghuis, who bends a superb strike that has the goalkeeper beaten but the ball bounces back off the bar.

VAR and the woodwork have denied the substitute. It is not to be his day.

A little bit more route one from Ecuador but Kalidou Koulibaly is on hand to blast the ball clear for Senegal.

Ecuador, other than the goal, have not had a lot to show in this second half.

Hmmm, read the room, referee. I don't think anyone in the stadium wants to hang about too long with the Netherlands' win in no doubt but there's six minutes of time added on.
