That feels like justice to me.

What a save from Szczesny. There was plenty of disbelief around me when the penalty was awarded, but it doesn't matter now.

It is a really strong right hand from Wojciech Szczesny to stop that Messi penalty. It's not a great spot kick but a fine stop. His second of the tournament.

He's going to have a lot more work to do yet, though.

Brilliant save from Szczesny, exceptional. Messi took it well.

It does feel like justice was done to me, very soft penalty decision. Can't take it away from Szczesny, that was superb.

Poland remain on the ropes.

That Lionel Messi ball to Marcos Acuna continues to cause trouble. This time the full-back volleys a cross back in from Messi's supply and it takes some scrambling Polish defenders to clear.

He dives to his left and pushes the spot-kick with a big decisive hand.

I can't help but feel justice has been done there.

Still not convinced. Messi gets his head on the ball and then gets a little hand in the face. I'm not sure. Contact doesn't always mean a penalty. Not for me.

VAR is now checking for a possible penalty for that incident between Messi and Szczesny.

The ref is actually being called over to view it, which feels like overkill.

Szczesny makes a bit of contact with Messi's face, but a penalty? Surely not?!
