    Brennan Johnson (19 mins)

Big player with a big goal in a big game!

Brennan Johnson bags his 19th of the season to put Nottingham Forest in pole position to reach Wembley.

Sam Surridge runs into the channel down the left for the Reds, keeps his composure and sends a square ball for the onrushing Johnson to crash home from inside the area.

The Blades had made a great start tonight but they've got a mountain to climb now.

The Brighton Bard: Although they sacked our beloved Chris Hughton, it was evidentially the right decision. I think many Brighton fans are with Forest all the way tonight and hopefully in the final, too.

Kelly Marie Sowden: Win or lose tonight we've done well given the upheaval we've had this season... a manager change and injuries. Once a blade, always a blade!

Forest made a terrible start to the campaign under Hughton before appointing Steve Cooper in September and have pretty much not looked back since. Sheffield United made a successful manager change of their own when Paul Heckingbottom replaced Slavisa Jokanovic in November.

    Nott'm Forest 0-0 Sheff Utd (agg 2-1)

    WOW.

Nottingham Forest need to wake up here.

They've not got going at all and only a super save from Brice Samba stops them from falling behind.

Morgan Gibbs-White gets in behind down the inside left and he squares for Iliman Ndiaye in the middle.

The Frenchman makes good contact with his shot but Samba is off his line to deny him.

I said that those long throws could be a source for Sheffield United and it nearly proves to be the case.

Jack Robinson sends a long one into the mixer and John Egan gets up well but heads wide.

The Irishman had got away from his marker there. More than half a chance that.

Nice work from the Sheffield United boss there. Anyone know what Steve Cooper was up to this morning?

Jack Robinson hurls a long throw into the box that Forest scrap clear.

The Blades are without a recognised striker but the ability to turn an attacking throw in into effectively a corner situation could be a real source of chances for them.

Sheffield United boss Paul Heckingbottom believes his side's late goal in Saturday's first leg was "pivotal".

The Blades were outplayed for much of the match but scored in time added on to halve the deficit going into the second leg.

"We've got nothing to lose. If it's still 2-1 after 80 minutes then no problem, we're comfortable with that - we need to prepare for every eventuality," he told BBC Radio Sheffield.

"These are long ties and emotions start coming into play. It's about staying in the game.

"We've got nothing to lose - we've got to win the game, that's it. But you can lose it in the first five minutes.

"The late goal is pivotal - it changes the whole complexion in terms of their camp and ours. Their players came off the pitch gutted.

"It makes it interesting. We still have to win the game regardless of the score and there's not much they can hide from us or we can hide from them. It's still all to play for."

Going into injury-time of the first leg of this semi-final on Saturday you could have been forgiven for thinking that tonight's game was going to be something of a damp squib.

Forest took a commanding 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Jack Colback and Brennan Johnson and, in truth, it could have been worse for the Blades but for some errant finishing from the Reds and quality goalkeeping from Wes Foderingham.

However, with home fans starting to head for the exits, Paul Heckingbottom's men pulled a goal back through Sander Berge with almost the last action of the match.

It's still a big ask for the Blades though. Forest have lost twice at home since Christmas Day and one of those was to Liverpool while the other was to play-off finalists Huddersfield.

Huddersfield booked their place in the Championship play-off final with a nervy 1-0 win over Luton on Monday night.

With the scores level at 1-1 from the first leg at Kenilworth Road it was the visitors who had much the better of the play and chances in West Yorkshire but they were unable to make the crucial breakthrough.

With the game seemingly destined for extra-time Jordan Rhodes popped up with an 83rd minute winner to send the Terriers to Wembley.

They will now look to secure a second promotion to the Premier League, having previously gone up through the play-offs in 2017.

Sheffield United make two changes to the team from the first leg. Enda Stevens and Ben Osborn are out and Rhys Norrington-Davies and George Baldock are in.

Nottingham Forest fans know a thing or two about false dawns.

Yesterday was the 23rd anniversary of their last game in the top-flight and the past two decades plus have seen the club spend three years in the third tier and go through so many managers even the most ardent of supporters must have lost count.

But now? Well, now things feel different.

Boss Steve Cooper has overseen a complete transformation at the City Ground since he took over in September.

Saturday's 2-1 first leg win at Sheffield United means that just avoiding defeat tonight will be enough to see them reach a play-off final for the first time in their history.

Paul Heckingbottom's Blades will be doing everything they can to make sure that doesn't happen.

Good evening and welcome to live text coverage of the second leg of the Championship play-off semi-final between Nottingham Forest and Sheffield United.
