Last time we got promoted the celebrations went on a few days. But if you don't enjoy these moments then what's the point? We have had some bad days and tough days.

There's confirmation. Fulham are the champions.

Luton are clinging onto their last spot in the play-offs now. Their goal difference has been demolished. Now Middlesbrough and Millwall below them will be licking their lips at the prospect of nicking it on the final day.

So, the Premier League is the prospect for Fulham now.

They haven't won the league title since 2000-01 under Jean Tigana, they've had to do it tough in the Championship promotion-wise the last few occasions.

    This time they've dominated.

Can they, under Marco Silva, end the cycle of up and down?

The Fulham players are being mobbed, the fans are rejoicing and swarming their heroes.

Someone will have to clear the pitch for the presentation. Good luck with that...

    SEVENTH HEAVEN.

Aleksandar Mitrovic has done it. Seven goals for the Cottagers today, and now he's surpassed Guy Whittingham with 43 league goals in a season.

The Serb got the ball left side of the box and arrowed it beyond goalkeeper Matt Ingram.

    Riot.

Jean Michel Seri has a cheeky crack from the edge of the box for Fulham after a Dan Potts foul.

    Just wide.

Three minutes to wait before the title is awarded. Then the trophy will be brought out too.

Party time on the banks of the Thames.

    It's all Fulham.

Antonee Robinson bends in a cross from the left and substitute Rodrigo Muniz rises but heads over the bar.

Luton are shellshocked. It's a far cry from the bullish win over Forest not so long ago.

Dan Potts and Admiral Muskwe have both made brusque challenges which leave Fulham players in a heap.

    Fulham 6-0 Luton

A quick reminder of who is playing who on Saturday - the final day of the Championship's regular season - in the race for the final two play-off spots.

Luton will be at home to Reading, while play-off rivals Sheffield United host Fulham and Middlesbrough travel to Preston North End.

Millwall are also mathematically in the hunt but will need to find a few goals at second-placed Bournemouth and hope the three sides above them all lose.

    Fulham 5-0 Luton

There is a sense that Fulham are toying with Luton, who are trying desperately to chase the ball down and get some respite.

But the home side are in swagger mood. It's surgical precision. Every pass cuts like a dagger for the Hatters.

Suddenly Bobby Decordova-Reid is in the box and Matt Ingram has to be sharp to save.

Those freebie scarves are twirling and the terraces are one big sloping dancefloor at the moment because Fulham are going up as champions.

Luton have been so good this season, and it would be cruel for them not to pick up a play-off spot. They need to shake off this devastating defeat.

Still 20 odd minutes to go by the way.

    Sorry Hatters fans...

Bobby Decordova-Reid ensures there is no doubt at all that Fulham will be crowned Championship title winners today, taking a radar-guided pass from Fabio Carvalho in his stride, escaping the defence and slotting emphatically past Luton keeper Matt Ingram.

This is getting messy for the Hatters. Fulham are back to their ruthless best and what a time to do it.
