Italy cannot believe this. They were well on top in the first half but have been picked off in the second half. Luke Chambers has come on for substitute Jamie Bynoe-Gittens who has picked up an injury.

That's a blow. Bynoe-Gittens has been excellent since coming on.

Who is going to make Friday's final?

We're into the final 10 minutes of normal time. England have been much better this half but will they find a winner?

Jamie Bynoe-Gittens' pace is causing Italy all sorts of problems. The Borussia Dortmund player wins a free-kick about 20 yards out but Alfie Devine lifts the set-piece over the bar before letting out a frustrated yell.

Another huge chance for Italy as Tommaso Baldanzi burst into the box but Matthew Cox keeps his cool and makes the save. Cox has been impressive.

More changes for Italy after a break to allow players to take in some liquid refreshment. Forward Tommaso Baldanzi is on along with Inter Milan's Alessandro Fontanarosa.

England's substitutes have made such a difference.

Jamie Bynoe-Gittens - another England substitute - does ever so well to get away a shot from around the edge of the box.

But Sebastiano Desplanches, who has been superb for Italy, gets down to push it away.

Where is this semi-final heading? Italy were on top in the first half but England's triple substitution has changed the momentum.

Giacomo Faticanti is the third Italian to be cautioned for a late foul. Daniele Ghilardi and Sebastiano Desplanches have also been booked.
