The winners of this match will face France or Israel in the final in Trnava on Friday (19:00 BST). France play Israel in the second semi-final later today at 19:00.
By reaching the last four of the European Under-19 Championship, England have automatically qualified for the Under-20 World Cup in Indonesia next year.
It is a competition the Three Lions know well after winning it in 2017 with the likes of Dominic Calvert-Lewis, Kyle Walker-Peters and Fikayo Tomori in the side.
The 2023 edition takes place between 20 May and 11 June.
