    Plenty of full-time whistles have blown in the EFL Trophy and it's been a mixed night so far for the Premier League's under-21 sides.

    West Ham edged past Walsall, Crystal Palace beat Swindon, Arsenal won at Cambridge and Wolves beat neighbours Shrewsbury.

    However, Aston Villa lost at AFC Wimbledon, Forest Green beat Southampton, Manchester City lost 3-2 at Mansfield and Leicester were beaten 4-2 by Burton.

    Liverpool are 2-0 down at Salford with about 15 minutes to go, and Manchester United have just gone 2-1 up at Carlisle through Omari Forson.
