Imagine Wolves had a leader at the back who could marshal the team and drag them over the line. Someone like Everton's Conor Coady....

Michael Brown
Former Manchester City midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live
Everyone can see the problems Wolves have at the top of the pitch, they're still doing OK in games but can definitely do better even if they're missing players. I'm giving Bruno Lage a bit of an out for injuries but they have got to do better in front of the goal.
I wonder about the mentality of this Wolves side, if the pressure builds in a couple of weeks, can they handle that and change their performance and style?

West Ham counter but Michail Antonio's shot is blocked.

What a first goal this would have been for teenager Chem Campbell. The Wolves sub has the ball on the left wing and shimmies his way past a couple of defenders before slamming into the side-netting.

West Ham replace Lucas Paqueta with Emerson.
West Ham 2-0 Wolves
Diego Costa is denied a debut assist here.
He is just offside as he runs onto Adama Traore's ball down the right. The veteran squares for Daniel Podence, who slots in.
But the flag pops up. Costa was definitely offside to be fair.
West Ham 2-0 Wolves
Adama Traore curls one just wide from 20 yards. He's had an impact since coming on for Wolves, I'll say that.
West Ham 2-0 Wolves
All the stats indicate a very even game here.
Shots, shots on target, expected goals are very close.
West Ham 2-0 Wolves
Big chance for a Hammers third but Pablo Fornals snatches at a shot inside the box and it bounces wide of the far post.

What a moment this would have been!
Adama Traore whips in a lovely cross and Diego Costa outjumps two West Ham defenders before heading just wide. Very close.

Pablo Fornals curls one in from the edge of the area but it's a very simple save for Jose Sa.
If West Ham score again they will have doubled their Premier League goal tally for the season today.

Standing ovation for West Ham scorer Gianluca Scamacca, who bagged his first Premier League goal today. He's replaced by the Hammers' top Premier League scorer Michail Antonio.
