    Chelsea v Wolves (15:00 BST)

This is Graham Potter's first Premier League home game in charge of Chelsea.

He has taken charge of two Champions League games at Stamford Bridge (W1 D1), and led the Blues to a win at Crystal Palace last weekend.

Predecessor Thomas Tuchel's first home league game was also against Wolves - and it ended in a draw.

The most recent permanent Chelsea manager to lose his first home league fixture in charge of the club was Gianluca Vialli against Manchester United in February 1998.

'The feel-good factor is back'published at 13:14 British Summer Time 8 October 2022

    Newcastle v Brentford (15:00 BST)

    Nedum Onuoha
Former Manchester City defender on BBC 5 Live

They've obviously invested and the like but you can see the feel-good factor is back at Newcastle, the fans want to get to St James' Park, the players are very happy to be playing and when you can see performances like last week then you would be happy.

Man City v Southampton (15:00 BST)

    Erling HaalandImage source, .

Erling Haaland has scored 14 goals in his first eight Premier League appearances, taking the old record of Micky Quinn (10) in 1992.

He has already smashed the record held jointly by Quinn, Papiss Cisse and Diego Costa of 11 goals in their first 10 Premier League games - with two games to spare.

His 11 goals in his first seven games were a record, as were his nine goals in his first five games. Those nine goals made him the top scorer in August of any Premier League season.

Haaland is the first player to score a hat-trick in three consecutive home games in the Premier League - against Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest and United.
