    Leicester 2-0 Leeds

Right then, Liam Cooper is on for Robin Koch, who scored an own goal for Leicester's first and then was also booked.

Rodrigo takes the place of Marc Roca, who was dispossessed before Koch slid in the cross.

Back to Leicester and it looks as though Leeds are making a couple of changes at the break. They had to, really.

Centre-back Liam Cooper and forward Rodrigo are kitted out in the tunnel, where boss Jesse Marsch is still talking Crysencio Summerville through some instructions.

It's game over here at Craven Cottage. Villa just haven't been able to get a grip of Kebano all night. Martinez tries to save it with his feet, it comes off Mings and lands in the back of his net. The camera pans to Steven Gerrard as he bits his lip and looks down and he knows he's in for a tough press conference later.

    Fulham 3-0 Aston Villa

"Sacked in the morning, you're getting sacked in the morning," is ringing around the Cottage.

Not sure if that is the Fulham fans, Villa fans, or a combination of both...

    Tyrone Mings (OG)

Villa fans might want to hide behind the sofa - if they're not already.

This is turning into a hammering.

Fulham winger Neeskens Kebano turns Matty Cash inside out so bad the Villa full-back will be seeing stars, then sees his low cross turned in by the hapless Tyrone Mings.

Awful few days for Mings and Villa.

Gregg: Steven Gerrard must feel like the world is against him, a petulant red card for Douglas Luiz and then an easy penalty save for Martinez which still finds the back of the net. The players and fans clearly want him gone, they’ll have their wish very soon.

Jon: Not sure the owners can persevere with Gerrard. When the away fans have so clearly turned against him, there's no coming back. Toxic.

Mike: The red card shouldn’t fool anyone, Villa were out of this game before that happened. Gerrard is so out of his depth.

This has been an outstanding performance from Fulham. At times, Villa haven't been able to get anywhere near them.

Heading into the final 10 minutes at Craven Cottage.

Barring a disaster/miracle, Fulham will end a run of three games without a win and move up to ninth in the Premier League.

    HT: Leicester 2-0 Leeds

Wasn't Jesse Marsch supposed to tighten Leeds up at the back? They've been almost as wide open as they were in the final days of Bielsaball.

What a shambles Leeds are in defence. It's like watching seven year old all chasing the ball. Marsch must be sacked tomorrow or we are getting relegated.

    Leicester 2-0 Leeds

Jeers have turned to cheers for the Leicester fans after a very good first-half performance from the home side.

An own goal from Robin Koch was followed by a simple finish from Harvey Barnes.

Just the tonic which Brendan Rodgers needed.

In contrast, Leeds are booed off by the away end.

Steven Gerrard is the clear frontrunner in the sack race, but is Jesse Marsch overtaking Brendan Rodgers behind the Villa manager here?

Leeds are being stretched regularly by Leicester's smart attacking play, particularly down the flanks.

Heading into stoppage time at the KP.

The big Serb on the scoresheet again. As he wheels away in celebration, he looks cool but his heart skipped a beat because Martinez got a glove on it. The Aston Villa keeper is disappointed not to keep that out. An uphill challenge for Villa now at Craven Cottage.

GOAL - Fulham 2-0 Aston Villapublished at 20:56 British Summer Time 20 October 2022

    Aleksandar Mitrovic (68 mins)

Far from Aleksandar Mitrovic’s finest penalty but it has still somehow gone in.

The Fulham striker goes low right and the ball ends up heading in high left after Villa keeper Emi Martinez guesses correctly but can’t get enough behind it.

Mitrovic, nor the Fulham fans, care about the method, only that he’s doubled their lead deservedly.

For me, Matty Cash has gone to win the ball fairly and his arm is in a natural position. Where else is he supposed to but his arm when he is defending? It's very very unfair on Cash.

  18. PENALTY TO FULHAMpublished at 20:55 British Summer Time 20 October 2022

    Fulham 1-0 Aston Villa

Things are going from bad to worse for Villa. Half-time sub Matty Cash is penalised for handball and Michael Oliver has no hesitation in pointing to the penalty spot.

Leeds are in a spot of bother here.

They are carrying the ball forward with intent but doing nothing with it when it counts.

Then, at the other end, they are not being sharp enough to close Leicester players down.

Barnes would have scored the first if Robin Koch hadn't and he is on his own again at the far post.

It was very very soft. For Mitrovic to go down in those circumstances when he is such a strong character, it is poor gamesmanship. I wouldn't say it was a clear and obvious headbutt. Douglas Luiz held his hands up apologetically to the Villa fans, he know he's let his team down.
