There has to be something introduced to protect the welfare of the players. There is a long stoppage, there's absolutely no doubt that Koch catches one in the face. Sometimes you can have delayed concussion which is not noticeable straight away.

You have to make sure that Koch is ok because a player will say that they are fine, the decision needs to be taken out of your hands. There has to be the proper process to make sure the player passes every test to make sure they can continue.

    Man City 1-1 Fulham

Pep Guardiola is pointing and shouting, trying to reorganise his 10 men against the 11 of Fulham.

To be fair to City, they have steadied the ship after the sending off. They now look the more dangerous side again. Jack Grealish underlines this by cutting inside before firing a shot across goal and wide.

I didn't think it was a penalty. Bournemouth are looking for a penalty and it was a great run from Solanke, driving at the heart of the defence but he overruns it slightly. It was shoulder to shoulder with Kristensen. The Leeds players are arguing that there was an elbow from Moore in the build up.

Oooh. Lewis Dunk slips it through to Kaoru Mitoma. He almost skips free on the byline but it's poked out for a corner just as he was about to pull it back into the six-yard area.

We can clearly see that it's a definite handball and the referee had not given the penalty. Then we could see the replays checking that the Wolves player was not offside.

    Leeds 1-2 Bournemouth

Bournemouth want a penalty as Rasmus Kristensen goes shoulder to shoulder with Dominic Solanke in the Leeds box. The ref isn't going to give them one, though.

Leeds aren't happy because Keiffer Moore planted an elbow in Robin Koch's face to win a header to set Solanke away.

    Wolves 2-1 Brighton

    Simon Stone

There is some anti-Albion sentiment amongst the Wolves fans.

Clearly their big rivalry is with West Brom. Brighton are copping the abuse because they have the same moniker.

    Football is great.

Serge Aurier slips as the ball is played high. He re-adjusts to control it with his boot while on the floor and flicks it up before clearing.

    Man City 1-1 Fulham

    Chris Bevan
    BBC Sport at Etihad Stadium

Fulham's fans are enjoying the change in this game's momentum following City's red card, and just gave it the big 'Ole' as their team sprayed a long series of passes together. Not many teams have done that at the Etihad this season, but having an extra man definitely helps.
