Gent v Shamrock Rovers (17:45 BST)
Shamrock Rovers bid to do something no Irish side have ever done today - win away from home in a European group stage.
Dundalk's 1-0 victory over Maccabi Tel-Aviv in 2016 remains the only Irish win in a group stage.
Rovers drew 0-0 with Swedes Djurgarden in their Europa Conference League group opener last week.
Boss Stephen Bradley said: "We’ve no doubt that we can perform at this level. We’ve shown that on a number of occasions.
"We have to bring that level of performance with us tonight because we know that if you don’t perform, or are a little bit off, you can end up in a bit of trouble, so we have to make sure that we are right at our levels."

Sheriff Tiraspol v Man Utd (17:45 BST)
Manchester United need to get a result today to kick-start their Europa League campaign.
They lost their opener 1-0 at home to Real Sociedad, with Sheriff beating Omonia 3-0 in Cyprus.
United boss Erik ten Hag said: "Pressure is for every game, because we have to win every game.
"When you lose the first game, you have to win the second, so we know what our task is."
This is United's first game in a week and they do not play for 17 days after this, with the queen's death seeing the postponement of their Premier League games either side.
"Our players are used to playing a game every third day. If that's not the case, we use the last days for good training sessions," he said.
"It was really helpful and we are well prepared for the game."
Arsenal were meant to be playing PSV in the Europa League tonight at 20:00 BST.
But that was postponed because of "severe limitations on police resources" following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
The game will now be played on Thursday, 20 October - with Arsenal's league game with Manchester City moved as a result.
RFS v Hearts (20:00 BST)
Hearts go to Latvia to face RFS later in the Europa Conference League.
BBC Scotland will have live text commentary of that one.
The Riga hosts drew 1-1 with Fiorentina last week.
"They are a very well-organised team," Hearts boss Robbie Nielson said. "They can play a couple of formations and they seem to rotate their team."
RFS coach Viktor Morozs says Hearts play a different style of football than anything they are used to in Latvia.
"I even checked the statistics and, for example, Hearts have about 200 challenges per game and we don't have any team in Latvia that has stats," he said.
"They run a lot, they are strong with the diagonal passes, they make a lot of runs, they are aggressive and are good at crosses. They are a very good team and it's going to be really hard against them."
Silkeborg v West Ham (20:00 BST)
West Ham boss David Moyes says he might pick a team with Silkeborg's plastic pitch in mind in their Europa Conference League match at JYSK Park.
The Hammers beat Romanian side FCSB 3-1 in their group opener, while Danes Silkeborg lost to Anderlecht.
Defenders Aaron Cresswell and Craig Dawson are just returning from injury.
"It's given me some thoughts. We respect that it's an artificial pitch, we have some decisions to make," said Moyes.
"We'll have a look at Craig and Aaron and check out what's best for them with the surface and everything. They have done a bit of training.
"It's something we have to work with and do the best we can."
Real Sociedad v Omonia (17:45 BST)
The other game in Manchester United's group is in the Basque Country beween Real Sociedad and Omonia.
Cypriot side Omonoia are managed by ex-Celtic boss Neil Lennon.
The Northern Irishman said: "The psychological factor of the players [will be key]. You don’t need to motivate them. What we want to do above all is to be faster in the last third and show the qualities that we have.
"For this club it’s an honour to play against La Real, a fantastic team with a great city and great fans behind them."
The VARs in that one are England's Chris Kavanagh and Stuart Attwell.
Sheriff have changed manager since last season's Champions League heroics.
Yuriy Vernydub left the club in February to go and fight in the war for his homeland Ukraine after the Russian invasion.
In June he officially left Sheriff and now manages Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih in Ukraine.
Sheriff are now managed by Croat Stjepan Tomas.
Sheriff Tiraspol v Man Utd (17:45 BST)
Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is wary of Sheriff Tiraspol after their Champions League exploits last season.
Sheriff beat Real Madrid at the Bernabeu and got four points off Shakhtar Donetsk in the 2021-22 group stages.
"It's quite clear, they beat Real Madrid and Shakhtar, they are capable," Ten Hag said.
"We have to make it our game but we are conscious of that fact. They are a serious and decent opponent and we have to play our best for the win."
Sheriff Tiraspol v Man Utd (17:45 BST)
This game is being played about 40 miles away from Tiraspol across an unrecognised international border.
Sheriff Tiraspol are the Moldovan champions but play in the region of Transnistria, which has links to Russia.
Uefa has banned games in its tournaments from being played there because of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
So Sheriff's European games are at Stadionul Zimbru in Chisinau, Moldova's capital.
