Manchester City return to winning ways!

After failing to win any of their opening two games, last season's third-placed side are up and running this season.

Two deadly finishes from Khadija Shaw, plus a bullet header from Lauren Hemp and fine strike by Yui Hasegawa, did the job.

Leicester are still bottom, and without a point, after their third defeat on the bounce.

Still the home side press for a fifth. They're enjoying themselves in the Manchester sun!

The loud PA system at the Etihad can be heard in Manchester city centre, I'm sure.

Anyway... it helpfully informs us there are four minutes of stoppage time.

Is that enough for Khadija Shaw to complete her hat-trick? The home striker outmuscles her marker and slams a curling shot wide.

Tottenham have successfully negotiated their way through a second-half performance which few would've expected them to have to go through.

They outplayed Liverpool in the first half but the Reds soon battled back to attempt to restore parity, leading to a very nervy end to the game at Brisbane Road.

Evelina Summanen leaves a foot on Taylor Hinds and goes into the book. Think that goes down in the 'professional foul' category.

Hinds gets a yellow for her reaction.

Tottenham are throwing in the kitchen sink to hold onto their lead. They're cutting out Liverpool's attacks to try and keep them at bay.

Manchester City make a couple of changes as Alex Greenwood and Deyna Castellanos are replaced by Leila Ouahabi and Filippa Angeldahl.

No chance Gareth Taylor is hooking Khadija Shaw, who is on for her hat-trick.

Who would've thought that Spurs would be clinging on to a lead in the dying minutes of this game?

That was a bit of a mess for Tinja-Riika Korpela. She elected to punch when she maybe could've caught the ball but Tottenham still manage to escape and eventually clear the ball.

It doesn't look like it's going to be Liverpool's day. Matt Beard stands with his arms crossed looking frustrated.

Ceri Holland hooks the ball into a dangerous area and there are no takers inside the box. That was a fantastic chance but they couldn't take advantage.

Tottenham take their seventh corner of the game and have a great chance to double their advantage but Zadorsky's effort goes behind.

No hesitation from the referee - and no choice. Clear foul in the box and Manchester City have the chance for a third.

Alex Greenwood to take...

After the second goal, City boss Gareth Taylor decides to give a rest to Chloe Kelly.

On comes Hayley Raso, who is keen to impress. The Aussie is straight into the thick of things, storming towards the Leicester goal and trying to round Foxes keeper Kirstie Levell.

Raso slams into the sidenetting, while Levell collides with one of her defenders as both need treatment.

Spurs fans have a Celin Bizet chant to the tune of Celine Dion's hit 'My Heart Will Go On'.

They'll be hoping there's no Titanic jokes to be made about their side by the end of the game.
