Arsenal's two changes to the starting side who won 1-0 at Ajax on September 28 are dictated by injuries, Leah Williamson and Rafaelle Souza making way for Lotte Wubben-Moy and Beth Mead.
Reading may not be thilled to see the name of Vivianne Miedema, whose 12 WSL goals past them are the most a player has scored against an opponent in the competition, with the exception of Miedema's record of 14 against Bristol City.
Arsenal XI: Zinsberger, Wienroither, Wubben-Moy, Catley, Foord, Little, Walti, McCabe, Mead, Blackstenius, Miedema.
Subs: Marckese, Beattie, Martiz, Reid, Maanum, Nobbs, Iwabuchi, Hurtig, Agyemang.
