That's it from the Select Car Leasing Stadium, where Reading were pushed hard by Swansea but held on for a third win in four games which pushes them right back into the play-off picture.

Swansea could soon be back in it themselves, but their winless run now stands at eight matches and that will be a concern for Russell Martin.

The Welsh side are prone to giving away soft goals - and they were made to pay for it by Paul Ince's Reading, who rolled their sleeves up to get over the line.

The Championship action is not over for the day.

"I've always prided myself on being an exciting forward player and goals win games, but it's not about my goal tonight it's about the three points.

It is so frustrating when you see Swansea dominating football games and not getting the result that they want or probably deserve.

I think Swansea when they are in possession are great but they are at they're most vulnerable when they are in possession of the football, they've got to eliminate these errors out of the game.

Same old Swansea, all the endeavour, all the willingness to get back in the game, it's as simple as you can't give the goals away that Swansea keep on giving away.

The key moments in games have gone against them again today and it has cost them again.
