    England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford said in a press conference yesterday that there was plenty to build on after that convincing win over Iran.

    "We know why we're here, we want to win the tournament. We now how hard it's going to be to win the tournament but we're ready for it," said Pickford.

    "There are always going to be challenges in football matches. Iran were defensively very good and to score six goals against them in a group game was a really good statement for us as a team and to build on and keep moving forward."
