Manchester City
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola speaking to Sky Sports: "My experience is that every time we come here it has been very tough. Always I have the feeling when we come here, we play really good thinking how good they are. We always struggle because we want to score more goals.
"They have weapons. [Wilfried] Zaha is there, [Michael] Olise, [Eberechi] Eze, they are incredible strikers and they have incredible threat. They have composure, great attacking players. It is a question of patience. They will waste time so we have to push to do it.
"Everything pleased me, we missed the counter attack a bit. It is not easy, they defend six players in the box and Erling Haaland had two men marking him, Gundo [Ilkay Gundogan] had a man, it was a question of patience.
"Teams defend deep against Haaland. Julian [Alvarez] is so important and we need him. We needed him in the middle and he had a chance. Gundo [Ilkay Gundogan] is an exceptional player and got the penalty and Haaland did the rest.
"Joao [Cancelo] leaves so we don't just have full-backs. We have Kyle [Walker] and Sergio [Gomez], the rest they are not. We play with four central defenders and we are solid. All four of them are great players and that's why we defended really well.
"Of course Arsenal is on an incredible run. Still we are there. Arsenal make 50 points. Here in the typical winter game, a difficult one, we were there all the time and then we won it. Now we have to do absolutely everything and next Tuesday and Saturday hopefully the Etihad can live one of the best nights we have lived and we can do it again."
Four matches to come tomorrow.
Fulham v Arsenal - 2pm
Manchester United v Southampton - 2pm
West Ham v Aston Villa - 2pm
Newcastle v Wolves - 4.30pm

Manchester City
Manchester City goal scorer Erling Haaland speaking to Sky Sports: "Three points and to win games and to keep performing, it's not easy. Bournemouth beat Liverpool earlier so every game is not easy, it is a fight.
"Nice stadium and a good game and I enjoy it. It's my job and I enjoy it.
"Everyone knows how important this win is for us and we have to keep going.
"I was not concerned because I just focused on my game as I try to do every single game. We were 2-0 down against Crystal Palace last time and this time it was 0-0. I'm really proud.
"We have to play different ways. People adapt as a team and how people play. Last five years at City there have been four Premier Leagues and we have to adapt and try our best to perform."
On his missed chances: "I don't like to miss chances, I had one in the second half. There was a small dent in the grass and it stopped me."
On scoring the penalty: "I try to breathe and to be in the moment and that's what I did.
"Every single game we have to win and now it's Leipzig, then Burnley. We have to win games and focus on ourselves. We have a lot of games left to play so nothing is decided yet.
"I enjoy it, this is England, this is what I have watched my whole life. I enjoy every single second being in it. It's good to be in the middle of it."
Big wins for Tottenham and Manchester City today have consolidated their position in the top four and as title challengers respectively.
