That's it from us for tonight after the most emphatic of victories for Chelsea.

Emma Hayes and her side are through to yet another final and, if you missed any of the action, you can read Phil Dawkes' report to find out how they did it.

The outcome is a mouth-watering Continental League Cup final between two WSL titans - it's Arsenal v Chelsea.

We can look forward to that one next month!

    FT: West Ham 0-7 Chelsea

West Ham boss Paul Konchesky spoke in the build-up to this game about how he felt his side has closed the gap to the top sides.

Their draw with Arsenal showed that. But this game showed just how much further they still have to go.

The home side were off their game and Chelsea punished them.

It's key that West Ham don't dwell on this defeat for too long. They've got lots of games coming up. Lots to take away, analyse and improve on off the back of this performance.

No shortage of goals to show then.

Chelsea ran riot, Sam Kerr was at her ruthless best - helped by some generous West Ham defending - and Emma Hayes' side are through to another final...

    FT: West Ham 0-7 Chelsea

Chelsea are through to the Continental League Cup final for the fourth year running!

Some very compassionate refereeing means just one minute of added time is played, West Ham have suffered enough.

Four goals for Sam Kerr, one each for Fran Kirby, Lauren James and Guro Reiten and now it's time for Chelsea to celebrate. They'll play Arsenal in next month's final.

Even that one West Ham fan seems to have decided it's time to save his voice.

The only voices that can be heard now are those of the players - an unwelcome reminder of the behind-closed-doors seasons.

The West Ham fans - well, one particular West Ham fan really, is making himself very well heard despite the scoreline.

While most others have lost their enthusiasm given the scoreline, he's still really going for it.

    West Ham 0-7 Chelsea

Still no let up from Chelsea but the good new for West Ham is that we're approaching the last five minutes.

They also have a goal kick so Mackenzie Arnold can take her time and use up a few more seconds.

It's not often you'd think time wasting was a good idea for the losing side but this might be one of them...

I imagine Emma Hayes would have told her team at half-time to keep on and punish West Ham, keep the goals coming and that's exactly what they've done.

    Really professional performance from Chelsea.

Johanna Rytting Kaneryd is suddenly involved in everything!

Magdalena Eriksson picks her out with a brilliant pass, Rytting Kaneryd's first touch is perfect but her shot is a fraction too high.

Another good chance for Chelsea. Rytting Kaneryd gets to the byline and cuts the ball back for Niamh Charles, who leans back and skies the shot.

Nearly number eight for Chelsea as Johanna Rytting Kaneryd - another sub, on for Lauren James - surges through the West Ham defence before chipping a box into the six-yard area.

It's scrambled to safety but Chelsea are still searching for more. Hold on tight, Hammers fans...

Understandably, West Ham look shell-shocked. Chelsea, refreshed by those subs, are keen for more goals.

The way this game has gone, you fancy they might just get them.

Tonight will be a big learning curve for West Ham. It takes results like this to kick them on. Sunday against Arsenal would have taken a lot out of them. It was a fantastic result for them. Their aim will still be to climb higher in the table than last season.

    West Ham 0-7 Chelsea

It's been hard enough to keep up with the goals, let alone the substitutions but Chelsea have made a couple.

Guro Reiten and Eve Perriset have been replaced by Alsu Abdullina and Maren Mjelde.

Unfortunate deflection but again, she's completely unchallenged. Not one West Ham defender gets close to her. She's allowed enough time to turn and get a shot off. There were four defenders just watching her.

    Really poor.

    SEVEN.

Chelsea don't need luck on night like this but they've got a bit here as Guro Reiten's left-footed effort takes a deflection that wrong-foots Mackenzie Arnold.

The ball was slid in to Reiten inside the box, back to goal but she took a touch, turned and watched her effort ricochet into the net.

    West Ham 0-6 Chelsea

West Ham fought hard for their goalless draw with Arsenal at the weekend but they have been blown away here.

Perhaps the effort they put in in that match has taken it out of them but whatever the reason for this lacklustre performance, Chelsea have taken full advantage.

Good ball in but again Sam Kerr unchallenged in the six-yard box. That's bread and butter for Sam Kerr. Far too easy, disappointing defending again.

    Sam Kerr

    So much for damage limitation...

It's four for Sam Kerr - her 20th goal of the season in all competitions - and it is so, so easy.

Eve Perriset gets to the byline and lifts a cross into the box. Kerr is waiting in the middle of the goal, inside the six-yard box, completely unmarked to nod it in.
