  7. HALF-TIME Scotland 1-1 Walespublished at 15:00 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2023

The referee just calling an end to proceedings for the break as both players require a lot of treatment,

Scotland will no doubt feel deflated conceding just before half-time.

Pedro Martinez Losa's side took a well deserved lead through Sophie Howard. The defender bulleting a diving header into the bottom corner.

The dominance continued, with there almost a brewing sense of inevitability that Wales would equalise against the run of play.

Jess Fishlock's timely pass into Ceri Holland split the Scotland defence in two, with the Liverpool star netting calmly.

It's set up to be quite the second half...

  8. Postpublished at 45+4

There is real concern for Scotland's Fiona Brown and Wales' Jess Fishlock after the latter rode a challenge, colliding into Brown who was unmoved for moments.

Immediately, the physios were rushed on.

There will be a healthy amount of injury time, here.

Four minutes were signalled prior to Harrison's head knock.

  10. Postpublished at 44 mins

    Scotland 1-1 Wales

Abi Harrison is clattered by Josie Green and the forward feels the effect in her head.

The referee takes her time in stopping play, which is far from ideal in these scenarios.

The Chelsea midfielder, never giving up on anything, eventually gets a shot away but Welsh bodies block the goal-bound effort.

  19. Postpublished at 18 mins

    Scotland 1-0 Wales

This is as good a start Scotland have produced in a fair while, I reckon.

Caroline Weir and Lauren Davidson trying to carve out opportunities on the edge of the box, without testing Olivia Clark, mind.

The Welsh backline is all over the shop.

Ceri Holland is feeling the effects after a wee collision of heads.

Rightfully, all taking their time in getting the Liverpool player back to her feet.
