Best chance of the game!
Erin Cuthbert's fierce pressing pays dividends as she wins the ball high, squaring to Caroline Weir, who unselfishly prods the ball into the path of Clare Elmslie.
The strike has too much on it though, and flies wide.

Scotland’s pawfect fan. Connie the dog has made the journey to Pinatar to support the team. Here’s hoping they do the business for her!
Iceland 0-0 Scotland
Oft, I thought for a second Caroline Weir had scored straight from a corner.
Making the most of those window conditions, the Real Madrid midfielder curls in a in-swinger that momentarily looks like soaring into the net, but it instead drops over the bar.
Iceland 0-0 Scotland
It looks awfy windy on the southern Spanish coast. Some of those Scotland players will be thinking the weather's followed them.
It means the game is better suited to be played on the deck, which Martinez Losa's side are looking to do in these early stages.

The Ireland game was a disappointment, but there's been some really positives signs outwith that, and Scotland need to remember that.
They've got balance now with fresh faces and players with experience. You need to put all that together.

Yes, it’s early in the game but Scotland are dominating the ball with calls of “bravo” and “excellent” coming from the Scotland bench.
The fans are getting behind the team and definitely feels like a home tie at the minute.
Iceland 0-0 Scotland
The right-back spot has been filled by Fiona Brown, who has moved outside from her usual midfield berth.
Caroline Weir has her first opportunity to stride forward, but the move eventually breaks down.

Moira Brown is in her 91st year and has barely missed a Scotland game. She’s made the trip over to Spain and will be here for the duration of the Pinatar Cup. Her favourite player is Erin Cuthbert… Come on Erin, give us a goal for Moira!

Scotland boss Pedro Martinez Losa tells BBC Scotland: "It's an incredible opportunity every time we meet together to represent Scotland.
"For the players, they are very, very pleased to be here to continue building the future of the team and prove we can be competitive in these kind of tournaments.
"[Iceland] have a strong mindset, we want to prove and test ourselves in that kind of football too."

There's only one player in line to pick up a first Scotland cap this afternoon as Jamie-Lee Napier makes her return to the international set-up.
The former Hibs winger has never stepped onto the field in a Scotland jersey despite first being called up in August 2019, a fact she'll be hoping to change over the few days in Spain.
After a blockbuster move to Chelsea failed to continue Napier's upward trajectory, the 22-year-old has rebounded well, and earned a spot in the side after impressing for English Women's Championship leaders London City Lionesses.
Will she make it off the bench today?

Sun is shining at the Pinatar Arena, pitch is looking in decent condition, there’s a fresh breeze, which could cause some problems, but nothing the Scots won’t be used to… All things considered, not a bad day for a game of football.

This opening contest for Scotland may pose the toughest challenge they'll face across the three fixtures in the tournament.
Iceland are ranked 16th in the world, nine places above Martinez Losa's side. West Ham captain, Dagny Brynjarsdottir, is the top scorer in the current squad, boasting a real attacking threat from midfield.
The two sides last met in 2020, when an Abbi Grant goal separated the sides.

Some Scotland fans were hoping for a influx of fresh faces to the squad following the disappointment of missing out on this year's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, but for now, Martinez Losa has largely stuck with his tried and tested.
Lisa Evans, Christy Grimshaw & Emma Mukandi all return after missing out on the last squad, while Jamie-Lee Napier is in line to pick up her first Scotland cap should she feature this afternoon.

Scotland captain Rachel Corsie has insisted that there has been "good communication" between the players and SFA staff amid an ongoing dispute.
The Aston Villa defender, capped 137 times for her country, is leading the squad's tribunal case against the SFA, as the players advocate for equal pay and conditions.
She said: "The mood's really good...We all understand the importance of focusing on the football this week and working hard on and off the pitch.
"There's been good communication between staff and players. We now need to keep demanding high standards of one another and that's what we'll do. We have high ambitions as a collective."
Corsie added that she has prides herself on being a leader for the team, but said the legal matters were "something we can't get into."

There's plenty of SWNT fans scratching their heads at how that team might shape up, but Pedro Martinez Losa has certainly shaken things up.
Most notable, perhaps, is the inclusion of Kirsty Hanson, who has been in scintillating form for Aston Villa in the Women's Super League. Just at the weekend, the on-loan Manchester United forward picked up a goal and three assists. Not a bad day's work, that.
